Great Stay at a Luxurious Hotel – With Bonus Theme Park Access

This hotel is luxurious from the moment you arrive — they even take your car for valet parking. The rooms are clean, the hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The rooms feel almost brand new in terms of furniture and equipment, and overall, the place looks great. To be honest, I expected a bit more — maybe because I’m used to very high-end hotels — but still, this hotel is truly excellent. The pool is beautiful, though fully exposed to the sun, and apart from sleeping, eating, and a bit of swimming, there isn’t much to do inside the hotel itself. However… For each night you stay, every guest receives a free ticket to one of the following parks: Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, or Warner Bros World — which is an amazing bonus. Read less

Lovely hotel with some restrictions on all inclusive

Our check-in was scheduled for the 24th, but due to flight times, we didn’t arrive until around 1:00–1:30am on the 25th. After traveling for 18.5 hours, we were disappointed not to be offered a welcome drink or even be able to get a drink at the bar. Initially, our room had no balcony and looked out onto a rooftop, which was really disappointing, especially since we’re here for 10 nights with two children. A balcony is essential for drying pool clothes, storing floats, and relaxing in the evenings while the kids sleep. Thankfully, reception was understanding and moved us to a room with a balcony, which made a big difference. They also put balloons and cake in the room as it's just been both our children's birthdays. However, the new room had two beds just slightly larger than singles and an extra single added in. This means my partner and I had to sleep separately and one of us with a child — not ideal for a couple on a family holiday, but we appreciated the balcony trade-off. We stay on an all-inclusive basis, and the food has been lovely. That said, the all-inclusive setup fells quite restricted and repetitive for 10 nights. Yet in our last day at lunch they had a al a carte. Which was nice and we hadn't had the whole holiday. There are only about 4–5 cocktail options, and only one red, white, and rosé wine to choose from. Although there were restrictions the quality of the drinks was nice. The pool bar opens at 10am, but soft drinks aren’t available until 11am for all-inclusive guests. It closes at 9pm, but all-inclusive service stops at 8pm — it almost feels like you're being penalised for choosing the all-inclusive option. Alcoholic drinks aren't available until 12 noon, which wasn’t an issue for us, but may be for others. Lastly, service for drinks in the buffet restaurant was slow depending which side of the restaurant you sat. We had nearly finished our meals by the time our drinks arrived, on quite a few occasions which was frustrating. The kids club was great, we have never used a kids club before but our children were requesting to go in daily. Overall, the hotel has its good points — mainly the food, the inclusive theme parks, and the drinks you can have are branded — but some key issues, especially with room setup and the limitations of the all-inclusive. Had a wonderful experience at the Hilton. Yas island. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tulsi at front office was outstanding , she was very courteous and polite and amazing. She took very good care of our needs at checkout. The pool staff Watson, Apollo, Prem and Varuna were super. And the pool attendee Dilakshan was very nice to my lil daughter and even offered her a pool floater. Chef payal and shubham made excellent food according to our taste. Super hotel and fantastic staff. Will visit again . Read less

Amazing first day at the pool great service anytime you need anything someone is there to assist thanks for Apollo and the pool staff they were amazing 🔥🔥 the food is delicious and the kids enjoyed everything. The guards are everywhere and the safety is excellent.
