“Absolutely Amazing Hotel!!”

Some many positive things to say about this hotel. We stayed here for a special family birthday and it did not disappoint. From the minute you check in the staff are so helpful and can't do enough for you, a truly great service. They left balloons and cake in our room for my sister and daughter as it was their birthday. The rooms were spacious, modern and extremely clean. We had a balcony with linking door through to each others room which was really handy. We did the all inclusive option and the food and drinks are some of the best we have had. The quality of the food at the buffet is far better than some other all inclusive hotels with plenty of choice for all. Yes all the all inclusive drinks options don't include loads of cocktails but the options they do offer is more than enough in my opinion. The wine, spirits and cocktails were all lovely and the iced coffee was also one of our favourites to enjoy on a hot day. The food and drinks by the pool are also really good. We especially loved the club sandwich and burgers. Big shout out to the staff who serve you at your sun loungers and work so hard to keep you happy. Special thanks to Watson who was so attentive. They was never a fight for sun loungers as plenty of space for everyone. The pool is amazing. My son went over to the beach club which he enjoyed and was a great space to relax also but just to note the all inclusive isn't included over there (cafe del mar). We did spend an evening in the Irish bar which is on site and they were hosting a quiz. It was busy and had a great atmosphere so got to enjoy a Guinness, again the all inclusive drinks aren't included here but worth it for a change of scenery. A big plus to this hotel is the fact you get access to the different parks near by (WB, Sea World, Ferrari World and Water Park) and they offer free shuttle buses to all this locations from outside the hotel and they run very regularly. We also used this service to visit the mall which was great for shopping. All the parks are absolutely great and fully air conditioned so not getting hot and bothered walking round. Overall this hotel was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay for all!! We would definitely love to return in future!

Hilton Yas Island is our most favorite hotel to stay in UAE, the best Hilton we've ever been. We've been here 4 times, I think this is the indicator of quality and hospitality. Clean, cosy and always fresh rooms, very friendly and professional staff at all departments. Especially, I want to mention Ms. Ksenia Dovzhenko (Guest Relations Manager) who managed our small inconveniences which exceedeed our expectations; Ms. Munisa from Executive Lounge, Ms.Fe from breakfast for their excellent service. And I want to leave one advise for kids club management - to be more involved and friendly. We want to come back here again and again. Please keep it up!

We are coming to the end of a weeks stay at the Hilton Yas Island. We felt that this 5 star all inclusive offers excellent value for money. Despite not being ultra all inclusive we have found the food and drink selection to be excellent. All members of staff we have engaged with have been friendly and attentive. I want to give extra acknowledgement to Waruna who is one of the servers around the pool. He is very attentive, friendly and quick with our orders. The rooms are large, smart and functional, big enough for our family of 3. Having a separate bath and shower is a nice touch. Our only negative is that the pool can get a little busy and is smaller than expected (some clever angles in the marketing picture.) Overall we have enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a return visit.
