Club InterContinental City View/Sea View Rooms includes access to the club lounge with private check in/check out, cocktail hour and late check out till 4:00pm, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. Please note: children are not allowed in the Club Lounge and an alternative venue will be advised.

I just got back from a 6-day stay at the Intercontinental Abu Dhabi and had a really good time. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Prity, Emad and Fahim at the restaurant, who were just amazing. Prity even remembered my room number every day, which was such a nice touch! The hotel gave me a free upgrade to an ocean view room, which was fantastic. Waking up to that view every morning really made my stay extra special. The food overall was good. Lunch and dinner were enjoyable, but breakfast was the same every day and got a bit boring after a while. Still, the restaurant experience was great thanks to the staff. The beach and pool were excellent again, just like I remembered from my last visit. Super relaxing and never too crowded. That said, I think the hotel could use a bit of renovation. Some areas look a little outdated, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It felt a bit worn out, which made sleeping not as great as it could have been. All in all, I had a great time. Despite a few small things, I’d definitely come back again! Read less

Great hotel and facilities. Rooms were of ample size and well equipped. All staff were amazing and Jonathan, the pool attendant, at the pool area on 3rd floor was always there to greet us with a smile and helpful efforts to ensure we had sufficient water, towels and beds for our party of 7. The receptionist who assisted us with acquiring our rooms slightly earlier than anticipated, due to arrival from an exhausting flight, was amazing and delivered all 3 rooms on the same floor as we requested. The concierge service was also amazing and the staff gave incredible knowledge of the area and were more than happy to advise on places to go and see and recommended malls close to the hotel. Portogina restaurant at Intercontinental Abu Dhabi had excellent Italian pizzas & pasta. Myo the waiter was welcoming and professional and served with good honour and a smile. Engaged in conversation and took an interest in us as customers.
