I recently visited Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi Resort, and it was truly a wonderful experience for families, especially those traveling with children. The resort itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, stunning views, and a very welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the Rixy Kids Club. The team there is doing an amazing job with children. They don’t just keep the kids busy; they engage them in activities that are beneficial physically, mentally, and psychologically. The staff organizes creative games, interactive learning activities, and fun exercises that help children stay active, confident, and happy. What impressed me the most was how caring, energetic, and professional the Rixy Club team is. They give personal attention to the children and make sure every child feels included and comfortable. Another great thing is that parents can leave their children with the Rixy Club team without any fear or worry. The environment is very safe and well organized, so parents can relax, complete their own activities, or even go for shopping while knowing their children are in good hands and enjoying their time productively. I would also like to give a special thanks to Sharon, Liliia, Aiym, Anastasia,Janet and Deborah for their dedication, kindness, and wonderful work with the children. Their positive energy and care truly make a big difference, and they deserve great appreciation for creating such a joyful and supportive environment for the kids. Overall, Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is an excellent destination for families. The resort combines luxury with a child-friendly environment, and the Rixy Kids Club team truly deserves special appreciation for the fantastic work they are doing with children.

“A genuine 5* experience”

Rixos Abu Dhabi delivers on every level. Excellent customer service is in the team’s DNA. Every area of this property is immaculately clean, rooms, reception, courtyards, washrooms and the beach are all spotless. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. A visit to Vero Italiano is a must-do; arrive by the bespoke golf-cart for a bit of fun. The food is delicious, extensive menu, beautifully cooked and presented. Hashi restaurant offers a refined Asian menu with breathtaking views from the 38th floor so ask for a window seat. We enjoyed the best ever masssges at the in-house spa, which is open until midnight. Two things let down the amazing efforts of every committed colleague: the miserable, rude and unhelpful employee manning the fruit kiosk and the most uncooperative rep at the “restaurant bookings” booth. She refused to assist us and simply pointed to a QR Code in her desk. Why have a dedicated area if not willing to personally help guests? Overall this is a stunning hotel, easily accessible from the airport with a team of people dedicated to ensuring you have a perfect holiday. Highly recommended.
