Having stayed in resort on two previous occasions, both in a Garden View and Sea View room, the room was as expected in terms of the view, however, taking into account previous stays, the rooms are looking in somewhat in need of repair. The tiling behind the bed was chipped and missing pieces. The tiles on the floor in the bathroom was chipped (covered with floor matts and attached). The bathrobe hanger within the bathroom above the bath was hanging off the wall. The cleanliness under the vanity unit where the scales and hairdryer were located were covered in dust and not cleaned. No welcome fruit on arrival, which became an afterthought with the team realising and correcting this late at night with a knock on the door. The panel which contains the wireless room access looked burnt and was falling off on the outer door which made us feel somewhat uneasy, therefore, we bolted the door whenever in room. The breakfast buffet at Turquoise also appears to be lacking attentive service, and the food choices have differed from previous trips. Although I am aware we stayed out of season on this occasion, the food choice should remain the same. Chipped salt and pepper pots on the table (attached), and stained table cloths. The evening meal in Turqoise serving Luke warm food and not much for British travelling guests. The pool had chips in the tiles and holes which look like they have been attempted to be temporarily fixed and failed. The stay was improved by the staff within the a la carte restaurants, within People’s restaurant and around the pool, namely Mustafa on the skates ensuring we kept hydrated during the summer heat. I would also like to pass thanks to the housekeeping team for decorating the room ready for my birthday. This was unexpected and certainly appreciated. Read less

Went to Ferrari world and Warner Bros a few of the days. Yas Mall is great and just over £10 each way in a taxi. Yes there are children at the hotel but this didn’t bother us as there are adult only areas if you want. We had a swim up premium room, which in the heat was lovely. Used the bar by reception most nights and they do a gorgeous glass of Sauvignon, which they constantly kept topped up. The hotel is spotless and all the staff work extremely hard to make sure you have a good holiday. We loved every single minute if it 😍 Read less

The rooms are spacious, comfy, and clean, which made it easy to relax and the spa was amazing, definitely a 10/10 experience! Service overall was a bit of a hit and miss, but honestly, the staff were so kind and helpful that it made up for it. You can tell they care, and that made a big difference. Finally, there were a lot of kids running around, which made it a bit noisy at times. Not a huge issue, just something to be aware of. All in all, we had a good time and I would consider coming back in the future. Read less

We just returned from a fantastic 10-night stay at the beautiful Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. As a family of four, we had two connecting family rooms on the 4th floor with stunning views overlooking the beach – absolutely breathtaking! From start to finish, the hospitality was a solid 10/10. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, hospitality team, gardeners, or chefs – everyone worked incredibly hard, always with a smile, even in the intense heat. A special shoutout to the outdoor staff who deserve extra credit for their dedication despite the high temperatures – true stars of the resort! There are so many positives about this hotel. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be for Rixos to consider adding another pool to better accommodate families. The baby water park is great for little ones, but it was amusing to see so many adults (myself included!) enjoying the wave pool – clearly a hit with all ages! The beachfront is gorgeous, though the heat can be intense, making the poolside a more practical option with easy access to air-conditioned rooms. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa is lovely – though be prepared for premium pricing! I treated myself while in holiday mode, but the prices were definitely on the steep side. Would I return? Absolutely. This was a memorable stay, and I’d happily come back. Read less
