“The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi – A Truly Unforgettable Stay”

This was our first time ever staying at a Ritz-Carlton, and we chose the Ritz Abu Dhabi because of the excellent service reviews we had read beforehand. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the staff and offered refreshments straight away. Check-in was quick and seamless, and when we were shown to our room, we were stunned by the beautiful view over the canal. The team had decorated the room thoughtfully and even provided a complimentary gift, as my partner had informed them he planned to propose during our holiday – a gesture that made the occasion even more special. The hotel itself is breathtaking, especially the grand lobby. Our room was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable, with a bed perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was faultless, and the amenities smelled wonderful. We especially loved enjoying our balcony in the mornings, listening only to the sound of the birds and the fountain. The dining options were outstanding. The daily buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes, and the à la carte restaurants were just as impressive, with generous portions, delicious food, and impeccable service. The views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, particularly at sunset, were magical, and the hotel’s location was ideal – within 20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit. The absolute highlight, however, was the staff. Everywhere we went in the hotel, service was warm, attentive, and effortless – nothing was too much trouble. Around the pool, the team struck the perfect balance of attentiveness without being overbearing, and the restaurant staff were always friendly and professional. We want to give special thanks to Milan at the concierge desk, who was exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay, and Salman at the door, who greeted us with a smile every time we came or went. We have never stayed anywhere so pleasant, with such consistently brilliant service. This experience has set the standard for luxury hospitality, and we will not only return to the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, but also look to stay at Ritz-Carlton hotels wherever we travel in the future.
