“A great stay!”

Staff at the Ritz Carlton were the most friendly and welcome staff. Always a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms we had was very spacious and extremely comfortable beds. Lots of bathroom space too. Our balcony looked out over the grounds, the pool and the Grand Canal. Abu Dhabi is generally more expensive than the UK so expect drinks etc to cost more. A glass of wine is about usual hotel prices £12/13 and lager/beer around the same. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods for all tastes with everything from fresh omlettes, fresh pizza, ramen station, fresh waffles and a dosa station as well as the usual cereals, fruit and French pastries. Staff again welcome You to breakfast a the table staff cannot do enough for you. Our waiter for most of the holiday was Sonu. Always ready with a smile and a welcome - another credit to the hotel! Everywhere is spotless. The staff take care to make sure everywhere is tidy and clean. At the moment there is some work going on to build more villas but care has been taken to screen the works and I can’t say that I heard any extra noise. The large pool has plenty of sunbeds and acres of space but we preferred the smaller adults only pool. Not so many beds and less noise. The lifeguards were always available to bring towels and refresh water and the ice buckets. Shout out to each and everyone of them! The bar staff at the pool were all ready to make sure you had everything you needed- Selva and Vamshi - especially looked after us very well. All pool staff were a credit to the hotel! The hotel is within walking distance of the Grand Mosque- if the weather isn’t too hot. Most places are within half an hours taxi ride away so very convenient All in all a great stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience Wonderful atmosphere, great food variety, and truly outstanding service. Anshul and Jess were exceptionally friendly and made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. A place you’ll want to return to.
