We had a wonderful stay at Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi last weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Elena at the check in. She was very kind and explained all we need to know to enjoy our stay. We upgraded our stay to have access to the Club Lounge. The team is amazing there. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the time in the lounge. They offer alternatives if you have food allergies. My son has food allergies and the team offered some alternatives of food for him which we really appreciated. They all go above and beyond to make all guests feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you very much Prabhu, Joseph, Diego, Frank and all the team in the lounge. You really are five stars on what you do. I also would like to thank the team at the Kids Club (Arlyn you are fabulous) and the pool team. Everyone is very kind. The Ritz Carlton Management should be very very proud to have you all as part of their team and representing the hotel so well.

A total 5* package, the moment we entered the warm friendly welcoming started and continous till the end, we were well taking care of by Zaki and Sonu, amazing genuine guys and very respectful. Nonetheless the food was amazing and the variety is awesome. Best brunch and first choice always, music, ambience, service and food
