Dined at The Directors Club and it was a surreal experience. Loved every bit of it and Amelia our waitress was amazing and took care of us really well. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a good steak restaurant The Directors Club is the place to be

I had a breakfast multiple time at the restaurant in the ground floor. The buffet is okay. However, it needs more verity of food. I had a great service by Abdulrahman and Kassem during breakfast.

This WB experience just gets better, if that’s possible. The two rooms we booked were firstly not close enough for our elderly relative who hadn’t been to Abu Dhabi before and required assistance and some reassurance. No sooner did we mention this Aziz the manager and the other manager we were allocated rooms interlocking and overlooking Warner brothers world. We were absolutely delighted and it made our previous problem fade into insignificance. Aziz was amazing and never faltered in his promise to make our stay perfect. We were given drink vouchers to attend the beautiful bar with pool on the top deck. The staff members De warmed our hearts with her delectable choice of mocktails. De was lovely to chat too and we wish that we had frequented the amazing bar earlier on rather than on our last night. Henry who works mostly in the outdoor pool area has the most lovely caring and got on with Miss Mary so well that he didn’t want her too leave. He brought drinks over and stated he wanted to get us a drink. Henry was upbeat charming and great company and we hope to bump into him soon. The cleanliness of the rooms was faultless. Fresh towels and linen each day and my clothes were folded up and the room was left impeccable. Absolutely no problem getting extra coffee tea and milk. What more could you ask for. The toiletries were very high end and my hair was left so shiny I would love to purchase the comfrey based products so high end. Arianna in the restaurant side kicks saved my heavy cold from getting any worse . I sounded quite ill but she made me a concoction consisting of of lemon and ginger in boiling water. She was a gift from the gods and I’ll never forget her genuine kindness. My relative was struggling also and was bought figs to help alleviate her problem. There was a vast choice of food catering for most nationalities. The choice of desserts from fresh fruit cheesecake ice cream and choice of different cakes were incredible. Too only put on 4 pounds in the week after our lovely food was better than expected.i shall enclose photos to show the choice. I would like to mention the amazing staff who were truly there for you. Mohamed, Sammy, Gandhi were truly outstanding. We felt that our holiday was made even more special with their input. Lovely courteous good sense of humour and their ability to remember your likes. The gorgeous coffee that we purchased were the best I’ve ever consumed. I was truly addicted to the coffee. The characters interacted so brilliantly they even gave my hubby a massage on the couch. Thank you Robbie you cheeky but funny character. The kids couldn’t get enough of Tom & Jerry, Bugs, Robbie and the brilliant creeps up on you Daffy Duck.
