As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with sincere warmth. At reception, a friendly red-haired woman welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. Although I didn’t catch her name, her warm attitude and attention to detail set a positive tone for our visit. She handled our check-in smoothly and made us feel comfortable right away. Our room was stunning, offering uninterrupted views of the famous F1 circuit and the marina. Waking up to that view every morning was a joy. The room itself was spacious, well-decorated, and thoughtfully arranged; everything felt intentional. Breakfast every morning was delightful. The restaurant, affectionately called “the garage,” offered a fantastic selection of different cuisines, fresh produce, and a lively atmosphere. But what made it truly memorable were the people. Aziz at the bar impressed us each morning with a creative cocktail, always served with a smile and a touch of flair. Babu was an attentive server, anticipating our needs before we even recognized them. Cons was equally considerate, and Mohammed Jabed astonished us with his discreet service and genuine care. These individuals didn’t just serve; they transformed the experience with their friendliness and attention to detail. Throughout our stay, the staff remembered our preferences, making everything simple and tailored to us. It’s rare to see a team so dedicated to making guests feel valued and acknowledged. We spent our days exploring the theme parks on Yas Island and returned each evening to the comfort of the hotel. It truly felt like a sanctuary—sophisticated yet welcoming, elegant yet cozy. I highly recommend W Hotel Abu Dhabi, Yas Island. It’s not just the beautiful design or excellent location that makes it special; it’s the staff. They turn an already lovely hotel into a home.
