“The Staff Are Outstanding!”

It was truly one of the best stays of my life, the hotel is elegant and all of the staff are so nice! This hotel made our honeymoon stay I unforgettable between the pool, the service, the hospitality and the room it was amazing! Our server at the pool Prateek, he is truly wonderful! Every time we came, he greeted us with such warmth and was our absolute favorite! Highly recommend going to the pool and requesting him as your server! You will not be disappointed! He is the best and completely spoiled us! If you head up to the Vault for a drink, our favorite server was Yin, she is so kind and friendly! But all the staff are what make this hotel so great! We will totally be coming back!

“Beautiful hotel”

Stayed for 2 nights in October. The room is super big and comfortable with large king bed with beautiful linen on the bed. Bathroom was super large with bath 🛁. The service at this hotel was extremely impressed by me from the pool to staff at breakfast , reception and restaurant staff were so helpful. The pool is beautiful too. Highly recommended this hotel, close to metro stop.

Hi everyone.i was one of the guest of this hotel.because I was living in towerA 2207 Accompanied with a family Pakistani name FIza .I was surprised because she living in an exclusive hotels and I think she is an educated person but the way she talks she was saying bad words and shouting in a public place........I don't feel good to this family that's why I refuse..... What I main mention is the team of this hotel the staffs are very excellent..team who guiding this hotel including..the foods are tastier and very fabulous I am great while having my foods I am always enjoying .and the place is so amazing every part of this hotel is so clean .... One person I wanted to mention is Mr Vijay Gurang I think he is from Nepal...he assisted me about my case issue.he never let me getting obsessed untill I got my things over the store room....I highly appreciated him .his work is so good and excellent.... I am thank you I been guest from this hotel...keep it up guys .keep up the good works ... God blessed everyone...!
