The breakfast setup is quite messy and overcrowded, and having someone stand there asking for room numbers before letting guests in is honestly a very cheap and unpleasant approach. Treating hotel guests this way reflects poorly on your service. If you lack the ability to provide a simple breakfast with dignity and respect, then you seriously need to rethink how you’re offering this service. A good hotel isn’t just about free working space or polished decor—true value and reputation come from delivering a complete and respectful guest experience.

Not good experience, there was bugs in bed and no hot water in the shower with no serious action from reception and housekeeping.
