Reclining along a postcard-perfect sweep of white sand in Al Zorah (a one million square metre patch of protected forest in Ajman), this retreat is as contemporary as they come, with its crisp wooden pool deck, geometric take on Middle Eastern fretwork, and oversized windows taking in sumptuous sea views. The resort has 89 rooms, suites and villas, and all are fully air-conditioned. Bathrooms feature a bathtub or bath/shower combination, bathrobes, hairdryer, bathroom telephone and a weight scale.

Vinesse: the all-day signature restaurant located in a glass-art structure that appears to float above the water. Expect a varied international buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as à la carte options crafted from locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant’s design emphasises ocean views, light, and openness.

Aquario: a beachfront seafood destination that opens to an outdoor terrace shaded by a pergola and transitions into candlelit evenings. The menu spotlights responsibly sourced seafood, with creative preparations in line with Mediterranean influences.

Vinesse Bar: attached to the Vinesse restaurant, this sophisticated bar offers panoramic views over water features. Guests can enjoy innovative cocktails, fine wines, single malts, and even Cuban cigars, in both indoor lounge and outdoor island-deck settings.

Aquario Bar: located close to or adjoining the beachfront Aquario restaurant. It blends coastal charm with mixology, serving Mediterranean-inspired bites, tropical cocktails, and premium spirits.

The Library: exclusively for resident guests, open 24 hours (service from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). It offers a cosy setting with coffee, sweets, savouries, and comfortable reading nooks surrounded by artwork and ambient lighting.

Poolside Lounge / Poolside Bar: open from 11:00 a.m. until sunset, this casual venue serves light meals (salads, burgers, sandwiches), refreshments and crafted cocktails. It’s ideal for relaxed daytime dining or sipping by the water.
