“JBR’s best you won’t be disappointed”

Absolutely fantastic would definitely recommend staying here. The staff are brilliant and are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The location is ideal for JBR and the aesthetics were beautiful. Special thank you to Sayali, Caroline and De for making our trip so enjoyable and stress free.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was better than expected. The hotel really has everything for everyone. There are adult only pools and a family large pool plus splash park which our kids really enjoyed. The kids club is brilliant and the staff that run it are 10/10. We travelled with 3 year old twins. The restaurants are really clean, organised and the staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel smells AMAZING! Views from roof top pool are outstanding and it is brilliant that any hotel guest can use it ( 21+). Kids eat free is brilliant! Special thanks to the guys that organise and run the family pool ( including cleaning your glasses). They were always smiling, helpful, couldnt do enough for us and we truly appreciated it. I would recommend and would return. The only MINOR and I mean minor point is the lady that was checking us in, in the morning of 8th September was not very warm, quite dismissive.We did arrive ahead of our check in time having travelled from UK on a night flight. Our room wasn't ready and had no option but to pay for breakfast which was steep at £50 per person! Would say you should pay for early check in to avoid this.

Another excellent stay at the Address Beach Resort JBR Our 2nd consecutive year here and just as good, if not better than the first. Checking is was seamless and our Marina View room with balcony was amazing. The facilities are se ond to none and with multiple pools and sunbeds, it means no fighting every morning like most resorts. As always the biggest part of your stay is meal time so it's vital the staff are friendly and attentive and here this comes in abundance. John (manager) and his team - Rajan - Amir - Sayali - Rohan - to name a few just cannot do enough for you even when under immense pressure as they can be so busy. If you get the opportunity please give this hotel a try. Keep up the good work Team ABR.
