Our favourite part of the holiday was chilling by the pool beside the beach grill, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, I also want to give a special mention to mehdi who looked after us very well during our stay, always making sure we were happy, and doing little things that’s mean the most like always making sure our water was fresh and cold, changing the ash tray and always having a little chat and making us laugh, he’s a real asset to the hotel and look forward to seeing him when we return.
Overall I really recommend the hotel and can’t wait to return, our new favourite for sure!

This is best hotel we have every stayed at. From the time you arrive until you leave, the service and warm welcome you receive is second to none. We travelled Emirates business class and included Emirates chauffeur took us straight to the main entrance, where upon we were warmly welcomed by the porters who took full responsibility for our luggage into the hotel. At reception we were welcomed and quickly checked into our room. As we were celebrating my wife's 60th, manager Adam MrHari gave us a room on the 14th floor with the best views of the Dubai Ain (Eye) and the Palm Jumeirah. We could not have been more pleased.
The rooms are superb with an iPad and wall mounted touch controls for everything in the room. We would like to thank Room Services Manager Marvyn and his team for their brilliant and very professional help during our stay. Marvyn and his team decorated our room for my wife's 60th birthday, I would highly recommend the optional birthday package, about £160, with included all the balloons, flowers, birthday cake, fruit and champagne. A lovely surprise for her.
In the restaurant, special thanks goes to Restaurant Manager Ana from Mexico, as well as Stanley, Shady, Sayali, Normen and Amire for their friendly help. We saw Ana very day and always had a good chat. A lovely lady.
In the evening we ate at the Li Brazil and Mott32 restaurants, the latter one we choose for my wife's 60th. I have to say that it was a last minute booking at Mott32 because our booking at the DREAM dinner/show venue in the hotel was cancelled at the last minute by Dream. We had booked it 3 months earlier but 10 days before our holiday they cancelled our booking in favour of a private party on that night. Poor from them by Mott£" were great filing for my wife's birthday.
I would also recommend the private car tour to Abu Dhabi, which we booked in the hotel. You msut see the Grand Mosque and the Presidential Palace.
The roof pool experience is a must and free for hotel guests. Just get up there early to avoid the day package people. The sushi at Zeta77 is the best we've had and you can order from your poolside sunbed. The pool used to be open till 6pm but that has now been extended to 10pm. We had several evenings up at the pool swimming till 10pm and enjoying Sushi washed down with G&Ts. Unforgetable.
Overall, the hotel is fantastic and so sophisticated. It's 5 stars and my view better than the more well known Atlantis and Palm al Arab hotels, which look a bit kitsch by comparison.
We are definitely returning in the next couple of years. Thank you to the entire team.
