I stayed at Address Beach Resort for my wife’s birthday, and it was honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Special thanks to Kajal and the housekeeping team—they kept our room spotless and were always available when we needed something. Marvin also did a brilliant job with the birthday decorations in our room, which made the day feel even more special. A big shoutout to Ms. Sayali and Ms. Su Nyein from the breakfast team—both were always friendly and made our mornings feel extra welcoming. Sayali would even wave to us in the afternoons on our way to the pool, which was such a nice personal touch. Thanks also to Thanish, Jayson, and MD Farhan for helping with taxis, and to Douglas for checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. The ZETA 77 team also deserves a thank you for the lovely floating breakfast and birthday breakfast—they really went above and beyond. We had no issues at all and felt well looked after the entire time. I’d definitely come back and would recommend this place to family and friends. Wasim Farid Read less

An Absolute Disaster – Do Not Trust the Glamorous Photos and Promises! We booked Adres Hotel Gebere to celebrate our birthdays, expecting something special, peaceful, and professional — instead, we experienced an utter disaster. From the moment we arrived, nothing went as promised. We were forced to wait for hours to access our room, despite them knowing it was our birthday. Not a single apology or gesture of goodwill was offered. We missed lunch because no one informed us of the meal time. We were left waiting at the gym all day, confused and exhausted, while the staff seemed either overwhelmed or simply indifferent. When we finally got into our room, we were told a “very special birthday surprise” awaited us — it turned out to be a basic “Happy Birthday” message laid on the bed. They also promised a free birthday cake, which never came. The only cake we had was the one we paid for ourselves, and even that was served late and without care. It felt like everything we were told was just to keep us quiet. The service was slow, disorganized, and careless. We were promised welcome drinks (keko) — they were never given. Every timing was off. Every commitment was broken. Then came the safety hazard: at the beach, I took a shower and a metal part from the showerhead fell on my foot, cutting my toe. The only response was a cold “sorry” — no first aid, no proper apology, no medical support. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as a premium destination. Later, I reported that I had lost my necklace at the beach area. The staff barely looked for it. I had to go back and search for it myself. Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. And finally — the check-out disaster. We were supposed to leave at 2:00 PM. At 2:05 PM we tried to re-enter our room to collect our luggage but were locked out. We had no shoes and couldn’t go down to reception. We were told someone would come in 5–10 minutes. We ended up waiting at the door for over half an hour, barefoot and uncomfortable. Again, no apology, no urgency, just “Sorry.” Nothing about this experience was professional, welcoming, or well-managed. We paid for a celebration and were handed a chain of disappointments, poor service, broken promises, and even physical injury. If you care about your time, safety, money, and special occasions — STAY AWAY from this hotel. Everything looks polished in photos, but in reality, this is a place where no one is trained to care, and guests are just numbers. Never again. And I will make sure everyone I know hears about it.
