Such a great experience at this hotel. My daughter is 5 years old and she had the best experience. For the water park, she was below 120cm and so could really go on 4 of the daring slides, which she loved, but there was also great children’s slides which she could spend hours at. We had access to the imperial club lounge which was great. They were so accommodating and had food and drinks throughout the day. The kids club was the best I’ve seen. The staff were so friendly, especially Durga. My daughter was actually asking to go to the club daily. There was so much to see and do for her and the space is so interactive. She felt safe and happy going there and so did we. The food during the hotel was superb. Unfortunately there was a mistake with the signage in a buffet which led me to eating meat (being a strict vegetarian). They quickly rectified this and had been so accommodating and apologetic. The chef came to speak with us personally and made us a beautiful fruit platter and lunch the following day. Mistakes can happen, everyone is human! Overall, we’ve had the best time here and would visit this hotel again and again as there is so much to see and do. Read less

Amazing experience. We come here every summer and Atlantis never disappoint. I want to give special compliments to Mr Azad, who cleaned our room to Great detail. Was friendly and made the most special dog out of towels for my kids and that was just so amazing. I do hope this compliment is passed to him and his supervisor.

We had a terrible experience at Atlantis The Palm. The room we were given was dirty, with hair in the toilet, used face cloths, rubbish in the bin, and used amenities left behind. We had a terrible experience at Atlantis The Palm. The room we were given was dirty, with hair in the toilet, used face cloths, rubbish in the bin, and used amenities left behind. We had to wait hours for our bags, and when we complained, the housekeeping manager argued with us instead of resolving the issue—extremely unprofessional. We were eventually moved to another room, but even that had a leaking toilet, and my mother-in-law slipped and got injured because of it. For the price you pay at a 5-star hotel, this level of service and hygiene is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing stay. Won’t recommend. Read less
