Located next to the Jumeirah Beach at the Dubai Marina, 20 minutes from the city centre and major shopping malls. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

All decorated in a stylish contemporary design with balcony, air-conditioning, 42” plasma satellite TV with pay films, remote control lighting and curtains, telephone, clock radio, complimentary high-speed Internet access, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, mini-bar*, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobes, complimentary daily newspaper, fruit and bottled water. Iron and board available on request.

Deluxe Rooms overlook the Dubai Marina with 1 king-size bed or two twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Deluxe Suites feature the same facilities as the Deluxe Rooms but with an additional separate lounge area, kitchenette and with, 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant.

One Bedroom Suites offer views of Dubai Marina and benefit from a separate entrance and luxurious lobby area with reception and dedicated 24-hour concierge service. All suites have fitted kitchen and a separate dining area with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant, or 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant.

Premier Rooms are located in Tower 2 and feature a private balcony (the private balcony is subject to availability) with views over the Arabian Sea, Palm Jumeirah or Dubai Marina. All rooms have marble bathrooms with standalone shower and bathtub, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Premier Suites feature a large lounge and impressive bedroom divided by sliding doors. Suites have a marble bathroom with standalone shower and bathtub and a private balcony complete with table and chairs. Most Premier Suites also feature large curved floor-to-ceiling windows offering views across the Arabian Sea, Palm Jumeirah or the Dubai Marina, with 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant, or 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Several Premier Suites also offer the option of connecting to Premier Executive Suites, perfect for families and larger parties (subject to availability).

All guests staying in a Premier Room or Premier Suite have access to the Exclusive Level 5 Executive Business Lounge which offers the following facilities:

  • Breakfast between 6:00am-11:00pm offering fresh items from the buffet, including a wide range of freshly squeezed healthy juices and omelettes made fresh by the chef at the dedicated egg station
  • Afternoon tea from 2:00pm-4:00pm and pre-dinner drinks between 6:00pm-8:00pm
  • All-day à la carte food and beverage menu is also available upon request (at an extra cost), for those wishing to dine at their own leisure, from morning to night
  • There are three lounges, in addition to a separate bar lounge, meeting room and family lounge, all with complimentary WiFi access
  • Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the lounge between 6pm to 8pm during pre-dinner drinks. Families with children under 12 years old will be served pre-dinner drinks in Leaves Terrace and Lounge on the Mezzanine Floor Tower 1.

We have been staying at the Grosvenor House Hotel for over 10 years, and I can confidently say this is by far the best hotel for service and luxury Club Level I have experienced worldwide. A special mention to the Head Butler, Loraine, whose incredible level of service truly stands out. She was waiting for our hotel car, promptly assisted us, and smoothly checked us into our suite. Every staff member we encountered within the hotel although we spent most of our time at level 5, the pool in tower 2 have been polite, sincere, and attentive throughout our stay. Always smiling and addressing us by name a shout out to the room attendants too who work very hard thorough cleaning twice a day. Dining at Sloanes is always a pleasure, and the Siddharta evening brunch is absolutely spectacular. Unlike typical buffets, all food is served to the table, complemented by free-flowing Laurent Perrier at excellent value. Buddha bar tonight for our last evening so much choice and high end restaurants. While I do try other hotels, especially to offer a beach experience, I find that top hotels with higher price tags have not matched the level of service and care provided by GHH. After reading numerous reviews, we already had high expectations upon checking into the Grosvenor House. All of those high expectations were quickly exceeded! And it was all due to the amazingly warm reception, friendliness, professionalism and overall customer service we received from the entire staff. Extra shout out to Ray and the entire concierge team for making our family truly feel extra special during our stay. Regarding the property; the rooms, the lobby/reception area, the restaurants were all immaculate. Watching the staff refreshing all the flowers in the lobby was also impressive. GH is in a great location. It’s nice to walk (or scooter) around the Marina area. It’s also an easy drive to downtown or Palm Jumeirah. Also, having access to GH’s sister hotel, Le Royal Meridien, is a nice perk…with their beautiful private beach and pool area. (And having the shuttle to drive you back and forth between properties makes it very easy.) Overall, an amazing experience and we look forward to coming back soon! Read less

Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even offered me a drink while I waited briefly for my room to be ready. Every interaction with the team felt personal and thoughtful—never robotic or rushed. The room was bright, spacious, and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. There were plenty of charging ports, the lighting was cozy, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the handwritten welcome note and small plate of fruit—it was such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was just as impressive. The rain shower had great pressure, the towels were thick and soft, and the toiletries felt high-end. Everything was so clean and well-maintained, it felt like I was the first to ever use the room. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone—from housekeeping to the concierge—was genuinely kind and attentive. Housekeeping even noticed I drank more water and started leaving extra bottles without me asking. I had breakfast at the hotel and loved it. There was a wide variety—fresh fruit, baked goods, hot dishes, and great coffee. I tried room service twice and both times the food arrived hot and beautifully arranged. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was also a highlight; everything I ordered was flavorful and well-presented. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was peaceful and well-kept, the gym was modern and clean, and the spa treatment I booked was incredibly relaxing. Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was perfect—close to shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. Overall, this hotel nailed every detail. The combination of beautiful rooms, amazing service, and thoughtful extras made my stay unforgettable. I felt completely taken care of and am already looking forward to coming back.
