Where is it

Located next to the Jumeirah Beach at the Dubai Marina, 20 minutes from the city centre and major shopping malls. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

750 rooms, apartments and suites in 2 buildings with lifts. All decorated in a stylish contemporary design with balcony, air-conditioning, 42” plasma satellite TV with pay films, remote control lighting and curtains, telephone, clock radio, complimentary high-speed Internet access, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, mini-bar*, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobes, complimentary daily newspaper, fruit and bottled water. Iron and board available on request.

Deluxe Rooms overlook the Dubai Marina with 1 king-size bed or two twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Deluxe Suites feature the same facilities as the Deluxe Rooms but with an additional separate lounge area, kitchenette and with, 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant.

One Bedroom Suites offer views of Dubai Marina and benefit from a separate entrance and luxurious lobby area with reception and dedicated 24-hour concierge service. All suites have fitted kitchen and a separate dining area with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant, or 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant.

Premier Rooms are located in Tower 2 and feature a private balcony (the private balcony is subject to availability) with views over the Arabian Sea, Palm Jumeirah or Dubai Marina. All rooms have marble bathrooms with standalone shower and bathtub, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Premier Suites feature a large lounge and impressive bedroom divided by sliding doors. Suites have a marble bathroom with standalone shower and bathtub and a private balcony complete with table and chairs. Most Premier Suites also feature large curved floor-to-ceiling windows offering views across the Arabian Sea, Palm Jumeirah or the Dubai Marina, with 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant, or 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Several Premier Suites also offer the option of connecting to Premier Executive Suites, perfect for families and larger parties (subject to availability).

All guests staying in a Premier Room or Premier Suite have access to the Exclusive Level 5 Executive Business Lounge which offers the following facilities:

  • Breakfast between 6:00am-11:00pm offering fresh items from the buffet, including a wide range of freshly squeezed healthy juices and omelettes made fresh by the chef at the dedicated egg station
  • Afternoon tea from 2:00pm-4:00pm and pre-dinner drinks between 6:00pm-8:00pm
  • All-day à la carte food and beverage menu is also available upon request (at an extra cost), for those wishing to dine at their own leisure, from morning to night
  • There are three lounges, in addition to a separate bar lounge, meeting room and family lounge, all with complimentary WiFi access
  • Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the lounge between 6pm to 8pm during pre-dinner drinks. Families with children under 12 years old will be served pre-dinner drinks in Leaves Terrace and Lounge on the Mezzanine Floor Tower 1.

17 restaurants and bars: Rhodes W1 (European cuisine; traditional English afternoon tea, created by none other than celebrity chef Gary Rhodes himself), Siena (Italian cuisine), City Social (Savour modern European cuisine by celebrity chef Jason Atherton paired with exquisite beverages and awe-inspiring views of Dubai), Deck on 4 (Mediterranean), 7 Tales (Japanese-inspired speakeasy bar on the 44th floor Resident DJs), ROW on 45 2 Michelin star culinary experience by Chef Jason Atherton (exclusive 17 course set menu). Siddharta Lounge by Buddha Bar (Mediterranean), Indego by Vineet (Indian restaurant), Sloane’s (International buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner), Buddha Bar (Far Eastern influenced food, for dinner). Amazing hotel & service. Our cleaner Karthigan was great and even sometimes cleaned twice daily! Highly recommend this hotel and the half board deal

We had an amazing holiday again our 15th stay at Grosvenor House. Already booked to come back in September. Greated at the airport by Santosh, he even looks out for us coming now and walks up to meet us. He is so lovely warm and friendly chatty and very efficient. We were brought to our the hotel car. Ice cold water and chilled cold towels waiting for us. Such a relief in the Dubai heat. We were driven by Noor to the hotel. We have had Noor before he is chatty and a good careful driver. We get to tower two and checked in quickly. Our room was attended by Kartigan on the 9th floor. He is very efficient has the room absolutely spotless. We have had him twice before he is very good at his job. We went to Deck on 4 pool area in Tower one. You get cold towels and ice cold water with glasses of ice on arrival. You get water and ice all through the day complimentary. You also get chilled watermelon slices, ice lollies, fruit shots also flavoured water. We love it there. The staff are absolutely fantastic. So welcoming and they make amazing cocktails. I love the pool here as in June I need some shade as the heat is so hot. It’s ideal there is sun and shade. Jestin and Ragesh we have known since first coming to Grosvenor House back in 2015. They are both lovely and chatty always have a big smile and are very welcoming. I would also like to mention Simon and Derrick for making amazing cocktails and Raju for recommending I try a Singapore Sling cocktail it was lovely. I would like to mention Sakib who was very kind and carried my beach bag when I was coming down the steps as I had hurt my knee and he was very kind to me. I would like to mention Faraz and Sayantan new members since we were at Grosvenor House in January 2025, they are very chatty always had a smile and very efficient. Not to forget Min who is lovely likes a chat makes sure you have plenty cold water and plenty ice. The lifeguards Freddie and Luth make sure you have towels and a sunbed in the sun they both chat away and are so lovely as are the other lifeguards whose names I have unfortunately forgot to write down. They know us with visiting Grosvenor House regularly. Mark is always cheery and smiling he always welcomes us. The staff at Level 4 on the Deck are amazing and they make our holiday even more enjoyable as they are all so lovely. I would like a special mention restaurants we visited. Sloans (Su and Ravi) Sienna (Koku, Eloimar and Eric) Siddharta (Gesal and Ramy) Buddha bar (Joseph, Daniel and Peter) (Outstanding staff) I have done separate reviews for each restaurant. Level 5 Executive Lounge Romel, Lucia and Marco are all so lovely. Always a welcome get you to a table get your drinks ordered ask if you would like any reservations for dinner etc. Romel helped us with the computer as we needed to sigh and send a document via email, so he was very helpful as I’m not a lover of Apple computers I prefer Microsoft. Like mention Jaya, Dean, Don, Simon and Karuna, who server us at breakfast and also at happy hour, all lovely friendly and very efficient. The staff at the hotel are top notch and the service is just amazing. I would like to mention the lobby lounge in Tower Two I keep forgetting to write their names down.
