Fabulous stay at the Hilton Jumeirah beach. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. We arrived very early after a night flight and were checked in and offered breakfast in the exec lounge while we waited for our room, which was ready much earlier than the stated ‘check in’ time. Rooms- we had an executive room with a sea view. Yes the rooms are not as ‘modern’ as some of the hotels in Dubai but they were clean and had everything you need plus we understand the hotel is currently closed for renovation so it will be interesting to see the changes. Pool area - is a little small but we always managed to get a lounger either there on in the garden or on the beach. Staff on the beach were great locating a bed in whatever area you preferred. Food - we had a free upgrade to half board and have to say the food in the Oceana buffet was some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. We could also use a number of other restaurants on site and tried both Vero and Mcgettins both were very good but we loved both the food and the atmosphere at Vero. Staff - all of staff we interacted were lovely, everyone is so helpful and go that extra mile to ensure you have a good time. Executive rooms - is it with the extra , yes we think it is. The service, the food and drinks on offer, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, were great and it was nice being able to get away from the crowds. In fact the food on offer in the lounge was such that anyone staying b&b and on a strict budget you wouldn’t need to eat anywhere else as there was more than sufficient on offer to not need an evening meal. If we come back I will bring her some Russian chocolate;))) The hotel is very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the Hilton Dubai The Walk and it was really good. Delicious and with a great variety of food. Especially we really liked to eat outside. The weather was great and you can feel the breeze. Also everyday waitresses give colourful balloons to the children. It’s so nice. We had lunch at The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The restaurant is Oceana. Oh my god! We just loved the food! Luxurious selection of salads, meat and fish. Everyday you can eat different soups. Minestrone and vegetable soups. A great choice of desserts and fresh fruits. Staff is good, all are polite. Administrators are all attentive. I would love to say that chef Nijo is the best!!! We were really surprised when he prepared pizza Margarita, nuggets and french fries for my 7 years old daughter! He is a very good person. Kind and polite. And of course a great chief! The food in the restaurant is amazing! Many thanks to him. we liked the beach a lot. Soft towels, the territory is green. You could buy an ice cream. There are many interesting places near the hotel. Shops, pharmacies, restaurants and cafes. Love this place! Of course we will come back! Thank you to all the staff. I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah; the hotel room was sizeable and comfortable and the hotel itself is well located, within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants, and other local amenities. The staff were helpful and professional at all times, and provided a high standard of service throughout. One of the concierges, Mani, was very helpful in assisting me with my suitcases at checkout and made sure they were taken care of while I waited for a taxi. Once the taxi had arrived, Mani once again provided a high standard of service as he took care of the luggage transfer both carefully and efficiently. Read less

We have just come back from our 4th stay at the hotel. Once again we had an incredible time. The hotel has everything; fabulous location, great facilities and delicious food! The staff are all so happy, engaging and very professional. Special thanks go out to Habiba on the front desk who sorted out a fantastic room for us which made our stay even better ; Nipuni in the executive lounge who was very engaging and made sure we had some lovely drinks ; Sangita who kept our rooms so clean and tidy; and Zin in the main restaurant who always had a big smile and was a real character. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return next year to see the exciting changes that are soon to be made. Read less
