“Beautiful Hotel. ❤️”

We returned home on Friday 31st October after 7 nights staying at this beautiful hotel with our 2 children. The location was perfect and the hotel itself was just amazing from start to finish. We stayed in room 830 on the 8th floor, we had a male cleaner throughout out stay who was so friendly and his work was impeccable! All the staff throughout this hotel were friendly and very helpful, always smiling and asking if everything was ok with our stay. The pool towels were great and we changed them each day. The food was always lovely and plenty to choose from! We also had a meal in Villa Verona and The Sky lounge in the adjoining Hilton - both were extremely good. We made use of the executive lounge too, very smart and nice to have a few quieter drinks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely be returning! I have never seen staff work so hard in a hotel - no wonder the hotel is immaculate! Thank you Hilton and all of the amazing staff. x

Very good location near Jumeirah Beach, rooms were cleaned everyday great housekeeping staff to accommodate when needed especially Zahid! We did not use the hotel restaurants after one poor meal and the Irish pub was too busy to eat at every night therefore went to eat at the restaurants outside of the resort plenty to choose from. We upgraded our room prior to arrival to have access to the lounge and would definitely say its worth it. We used the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour and for the evening selection before heading out for dinner, and would like to thank the staff: Sain, April, Ruslan, EiEi, Erika and Ellen for their service throughout our stay. If we had not have upgraded to have the lounge access we would not have had a good of stay as anticipated. The adult area and renovations were taking place during our stay having not been notified until our arrival to find the main pool was overcrowded and lack of sunbeds around the pool having to stay down by the beach or the deck areas. I'm sure it would be lovely to use when the renovations are complete!!

The spa here was great. I had a nice deep tissue massage thanks to Than, the masseuse. Donna was also really helpful as the receptionist
