“Amazing stay at Hilton Dubai The Walk”

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai The Walk! The hotel’s prime location in Jumeirah Beach Residences, just steps from the vibrant Walk and a private beach, made it the perfect base for exploring Dubai. The spacious suite we stayed in was impeccably clean, with stunning sea views of Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah, and the modern amenities, like the fully equipped kitchen and in-room laundry, added such convenience for our family. The staff across the board were friendly and attentive, ensuring every moment of our stay felt special. The dining options, especially the breakfast buffet at Hartisan and the rooftop views at Pure Sky Lounge, were highlights, offering delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere. A special shoutout goes to Adnan in the Executive Lounge, whose warm welcome and professional service truly elevated our experience. His attentiveness and genuine care made every visit to the lounge a delight, ensuring we felt valued and well looked after. I highly recommend Hilton Dubai The Walk for its exceptional service, prime location, and luxurious amenities—Adnan and the team make it a standout choice

“Renovation is disrupting”

We heard 3 days before travelling from a facebook post on the Hilton site that there was renovation works. I messaged and was informed it would not disrupt my holiday. Sat on the beach listening to plant machinery an drilling. Nearest toilets at the hotel and not in the beach. Due to limited availability because of the works the sunbed are limited. Informed by reception the works need completing, cannot sit outside at the beach bar looking out to sea as it is veing renovated, sat outside at Trader Vics at 9pm listening too the works. Same at the Italian restaurant. Not the relaxing holiday planned but offered entry to executive lounge, not sure how that helps with the weeks disruption, it is not relaxing listening to the noise al day. We have been out daily rather than listen to this noise. Not the positive experience we had last year at all. Very disappointed. Only added a couple of photos as area is fenced off.
