The hotel

JA Ocean View Hotel Jumeirah Beach proudly overlooks the Arabian Gulf with stunning views over Blue Water Island and Palm Jumeirah. Each guest room is furnished to the highest standard and gorgeous sea views and balconies. Head outdoors to the infinity swimming pool to cool off or laze beside in oversized loungers. JA Ocean View Hotel is located on "The Walk”, Dubai’s outdoor shopping mile with restaurants, cafés and shops in the Dubai Marina, as well as being steps from a gorgeous stretch of public beach. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 30 minutes.

Selected alcholic beverages menu is available from 12 pm to 10 pm at IL Motto Pizzeria, OIA and IL Motto Deli and 6.30 pm to 10 pm at Aqua.

Superior Sea View Rooms are located on higher floors, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Sea View Rooms are located on floors 21-25, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suite Sea View Rooms are more spacious with a living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Family One Bedroom Suites are a special family room with a living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum adults or 2 adults and 2 children plus 1 infant.

Coral Lounge: situated on the 24th floor with views over The Gulf, offering the following complimentary benefits to guests staying in Club Sea View Rooms, Junior Suite Sea View Rooms and One Bedroom Suites:

This is a very good hotel in Marina area of Dubai. The hotel location is close to everything. The food is nice and the service is excellent. The rooms are very clean. They have so many amenities. I had a fantastic experience at JA Ocean View Hotel during my recent stay. The location on JBR is perfect, with beautiful views and everything within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and welcoming. But what really made my stay stand out was the incredible staff, especially the security and concierge teams. Anything I needed was just a click of the fingers away. I want to give a special shoutout to: • Imran, the Security Supervisor, for his professionalism and leadership • Arslan, Afzal, and Umar from the security team, who always looked out for me and ensured I felt safe and respected • Bilawal from concierge, who was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile The valet team was also quick and efficient, making parking hassle-free every single time. Thanks to this amazing team, I genuinely felt looked after and valued throughout my stay. The buffet was the greatest experience, our server Francis was very kind and polite, very respectful! Quality of the room was perfect! I wouldn't change a thing. The eggs Benedict is one of my fav go to breakfast. Must try. Mango yogurt was also great, but the experience Francis provided, was just excellent.

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing too with lots of selections. Francis from the Aqua, who took our order was also very warm and welcoming. He made sure we were comfortable and have everything we need. The staff who greeted and seated guests were very accommodating too. Will definitely comeback when we come visit Dubai again!
