Outstanding point to raise is the high level of personal service we received. Staying in Villa 29 we had a fantastic butler - Mohammed Aly, ably assisted by Santiago on occasions through the week. Both were super professional and highly efficient at serving our every need. Friendly, informative and good fun. However, it wasn’t just the Butlers. High praise must go to all the staff from Beach guys at Celeste who remembered your drink orders daily, and made you so welcome to the Pool guy who was falling over to assist you at the pool nearest to Villa 29. Greeting us each day by name which is incredible given how many guests he sees. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Huge thanks to all of the staff who made our first visit to Dar Al Masyaf. The staff at breakfast in The Pavillion. Polina and Olga for a lovely welcome and great service by the legendary Jordon, who has quite a following! Service was always great fun with her and again 5* Superb choice of restaurants throughout the resort, and Mohammed always on hand to recommend and make your reservations. Our favourite was Pierchic. Mainly for the flavoursome food not necessarily the service. The view was also incredible of the Burj. Villa 29 was vast. Clean and modern and I would return to stay here without a second thought. Housekeeping were phenomenal. Nothing ever too much trouble, and anything they forgot was rectified promptly. They were happy to fit cleaning and turn down around our schedule. Just so good! Room was always cleaned to a high standard. It was a delight to stay in the villa. Breakfast bags were provided as we left at 3.20am with hot drinks, fruit and pastries. Just cannot fault the place. Produce within the fridge and supplementary items in the room were very expensive would be my only criticism. Can’t wait to return. Read less

This is my 16th time at this hotel bar far the best hotel in Dubai and the service is amazing from the minute you arrive

Gayan is an absolute credit to Jumeirah and is diligent, attentive and intuitive to our needs. Since we met Gayan, he has continuously strived to exceed our expectations. Nurlan and Adilet are amongst the best butlers Jumeirah has, alongside Khine and Sang; they simply cannot do enough for their guests and have made our stays an absolute pleasure. Looking forward to this year's trip and seeing what Madinat has been up to... just got to convince the husband to part with the money! I regret posting this so late, as life got in the way as soon as the holiday was over! What compelled me to take the time now is our more recent trip to San Francisco. The city was amazing but we stayed in a renowned and supposed 5* hotel, where the service was extremely poor, which was such a shame. It made us appreciate Jumeirah and Madinat even more and made me feel bad for not saying so on here last year! Read less
