Food is fabulous, I would recommend getting lounge access as the food here for breakfast, afternoon tea and canapés before dinner is a great touch. Overall a beautiful hotel that had enough for parents as well as children. The spa is incredible. Read less

I’ve stayed at many hotels across Dubai, but Zabeel Saray truly stands out for its incredible spa and gym facilities. The Talise Ottoman Spa is by far the best I’ve experienced – serene, spacious, and expertly run. If you’re after relaxation, this is the place. I absolutely love the overall vibe of the hotel – the dim lighting and Ottoman-inspired ambiance give it a unique, luxurious feel that sets it apart. The indoor cinema is a thoughtful touch and a great way to keep the kids entertained, especially during the hot summer months. Dining is another strong point. Al Nafoorah and Amala are both fantastic, offering rich flavors and elegant service. A must-try whether you’re staying in-house or just visiting for dinner. The beach and pool are decent – not standout, but perfectly adequate for a relaxing day. However, the rooms are in serious need of updating. While spacious, they feel dark, dated, and lacking the modern touches you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. Most disappointing of all is the breakfast at Imperium. The grand setting raises expectations, but the variety and quality of the food are well below par. It’s disheartening to see that despite years of similar feedback, the hotel hasn’t taken steps to improve what could be a signature experience. Would I return? Possibly – for the spa, gym, and restaurants. But until the rooms and breakfast are brought up to standard, it’s not quite the full five-star deluxe experience it should be. Read less
