📌 Short Summary (for quick review):
It’s our third stay at this hotel, and it continues to impress us on every level. The service keeps getting better, the rooms are spotless and spacious, and the food at Latest Recipe is outstanding. Staff members go above and beyond, making us feel like valued guests, not just another booking. A few minor annoyances like early sunbed reservations exist, but overall, it’s a top-tier experience we’re enjoying once again. 🌍 Full Review A Return to Excellence – Third Stay and Still Amazed We’re currently enjoying our third stay at this incredible resort, and once again, it exceeds all expectations. Just when we think the level of service can’t possibly get any better, the staff finds a way to surprise us. Every moment here reinforces why we keep coming back. Returning to a hotel for the third time often carries the risk of diminishing returns — that magic of the first visit might wear off. But not here. This resort continues to amaze, always finding new ways to enhance the guest experience. Just when you think it can't get any better, the service team manages to raise the bar even higher. From the very beginning, we were greeted with familiar faces among the staff — a warm and personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Despite the hotel hosting thousands of guests each year, we were recognized and treated like returning friends, not just room numbers. The atmosphere is defined by consistent kindness and a dedication to ensuring nothing is ever missing or out of place. As someone working in IT, I tend to notice tech details, and I must say — the Wi-Fi here is flawless. Fast, stable, and with near-complete coverage even in outdoor areas, which is a rare find in many hotels. What truly stands out is the warm familiarity. Several team members recognize us from previous visits, which is genuinely heartwarming considering how many guests pass through each year. From the moment we arrive, we feel welcomed and appreciated. The service is consistently attentive, and we never find ourselves wanting for anything. Working in IT, I tend to notice things like connectivity — and let me just say: the Wi-Fi here is flawless. It’s fast, stable, and covers nearly every area of the resort, including the outdoor spaces, even when the hotel is busy. We’re traveling as a family with two children and an additional adult, on a half-board basis. For our needs, the all-inclusive upgrade doesn’t really add enough value to justify the cost. In general, Dubai isn't the ideal place for a classic all-inclusive holiday anyway — but upgrades are available at the hotel if you change your mind. 🛏 Our Rooms:
Right now, we’re staying in rooms 407 and 409. Both are, as always, impeccably clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The housekeeping team is incredibly discreet and thoughtful. They notice that the kids usually nap midday and plan their clean-up around our routine. When we return from the pool, the beds are freshly made again, with chocolates waiting on the pillows. It’s these little gestures that elevate the experience. 🍽 Dining at Latest Recipe:
We mostly eat at Latest Recipe, just like during previous visits, and once again, it doesn’t disappoint. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, with a great variety and well-stocked buffet. Even during peak hours, empty trays are refilled within minutes. Themed nights add a fun twist, and we especially love the Arabic and french night. The fact that the staff remembers we’re big fans of tabbouleh — and then goes out of their way to prepare it for us and bring it to our table — speaks volumes about the attention to detail here. 🏖 Pools & Aquapark:
The pool areas are clean, well-maintained, and there’s always enough space — even on busy days like the weekend. The lifeguards are polite and alert, contributing to a relaxed but safe atmosphere. The only downside? The usual issue of guests reserving sunbeds early and disappearing for hours. It’s frustrating, but let’s be honest — that’s a guest problem, not a hotel one. Claims that the pools are in poor condition are completely unjustified in our eyes. Sure, a tile might be missing here and there, but that’s normal wear and tear, and everything is clearly well looked after and regularly maintained. The aquapark is also in great shape. It’s clean, safe, and staffed by friendly team members. If there’s one thing to improve, it’s the toilet cleanliness during peak hours — a bit more frequent cleaning wouldn’t hurt, but it’s a minor issue in an otherwise well-run facility. 💬 Final Thoughts:
As we enjoy our current stay, it becomes even clearer why this place feels like a second home. If anyone ever has a negative experience here, I’d suggest checking their own attitude — a kind word and basic respect go a long way. The staff here goes above and beyond for guests who treat them like people, not servants. We’re already talking about our next visit — and we’re still here! Some special Thanks to: Romel, Christine, Aravinth and I will fill in some more names as soon as I have them all. Read less
