We had a wonderful stay from May 8–10, 2026. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality and service made us feel truly welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. A special thank you to Ujwal, Angelica, Eddy, Cyrus, Carina, and Lisa for their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude during our stay. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience, and their excellent service made our trip even more memorable. Wonderful experience as always. All the staff really go out of their way to assist with a particular shout out going to Angieleen in the Tower reception who not only found a lovely upgrade for us but also arranged a gift for my wife’s birthday. Amazing staff make all the difference.
