It was an amazing time today and every time we come to Al Khaima restaurant..every Ramadan we are a big group to come and enjoy our time ,, thank you chef salah for all your hospitality and care

We have been coming here for an extremely long time almost 2 decades and all the restaurants have been better than the other but it has come to our attention that the Arabic restaurant Al Khaima is the best restaurant in our opinion we come almost everyday to have dinner and every Ramadan my family and all our friends come at least 3 times with a group of 25 people and each time the service has been exquisite. It really is hard to find a restaurant as clean and with amazing service as Al khaima. We have no words to describe how incredible the head chef’s service is- Chef salah is the most caring and helpful chef always bringing comfort and cleanliness, and of course we cannot forget all the other amazing and talented chefs and the kindest waiters who work for this amazing restaurant, of course the taste of the delicious traditional Arabic food is always delicious and uplifting. Overall Al khaima is truly an incredible restaurant that ticks all the boxes.

“Wonderful Staff in Difficult Times”

Arrived at this hotel on 28th February just as the current Middle East crisis started. We received UK Government advice to shelter in place; which meant staying in the hotel grounds. We were due to stay 5 nights and return to the UK on March 5th. Our return flight with BA for March 5th was cancelled and moved to March 10th. We purchased another flight with Emirates to London for March 5th. Unfortunately, this flight was cancelled and rescheduled to March 11th. All the staff in the hotel were so helpful during our stay. We were on a half board package and ate at all the restaurants in the hotel , the food was excellent in all of them. Unable to check out on March 5th the hotel moved us to a better room and gave us a new half board package. We would like to give special mention to the ladies on the Concierge desk; Jannah , Divine and Birsenin who helped us to call Emirates Airways. They were very persistent in calling Emirates many times until they answered and then waited on hold for at least 30 minutes to speak to an agent. They helped us to secure a flight from Dubai to London Gatwick on March 7th , which we came home on. Let's hope that Dubai and this excellent hotel can return to normal very soon.
