Amazing as always. Staff are the best, everything is spot on as always. They cannot do enough for you. All the staff remember me and my wife from previous stays and address us by name. The rooms are nice, the pool area is excellent, the grounds of the hotel are the best, the beach is amazing and the restaurants along with the half board deal is unmatched. I have stayed at all the so called “best” hotels in Dubai, and I honestly must say; LRM along with Grosvenor House are head and shoulders above the rest. I asked for a particular room when booking 3months prior to my stay. I got to the hotel and to my amazement I was given the exact room I asked for. I was told there were strict instructions from management to leave the room empty for me. I have three children aged 8, 4 and 3, and all of them loved it. The food is unbelievable. My children are fussy eaters, and they looked forward to every meal. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It seems to be the case with all the guests that come here. They all return. I have recommended this hotel to 8 other people, and every single one of them returns every year. And those are people that are not short of money, that can afford to stay any where. Yet they all choose to come back here. I spoke to a number of taxi drivers, and they all asked the same question; “what is so special about this hotel that all the guests we pick up from here say they return every year?” You will not appreciate the place or realise until you’ve stayed. Best Family Hotel ion Dubai

We have been going to this hotel every year since 2018 and I am pleased to say it gets better every year. Hotel is a high standard the the staff are amazing. Afsal Rahman- Guest Services Supervisor was above and beyond. We will be going back again next year. We have tried 5 hotels in total in Dubai but this is the best.

Our second visit to Le Royal Meridien, and we already know it won’t be our last. We visited in 2023 as part of a friends/family trip and the hotel was highly recommended by the other members of the party. We were questioning what all the fuss could be about but we certainly found out. As far as standards go (of service, cleanliness etc), I don’t see how it could possibly be beaten. Nothing is too much for the staff- in fact they actively go out of their way constantly to help you. We never wanted for a single thing and coupled with the fantastic value of the half board, it’s impossible to think of any faults. Particular thanks to Alissa who checked us both in and out and was able to secure an incredible upgrade for our honeymoon which absolutely made the trip for us. Sanjay, our room assistant, was so lovely and attentive and we often saw him literally on his hands and knees cleaning rooms to such a high standard. It’s also nice that gratuities are welcomed but not expected and there are never any situations where you feel uncomfortable if you’re unable to tip. We’re not in the habit of repeating holidays as we love to travel to new places. But we knew we had to come back here and I’m positive we will again in the future. Read less

From the moment we arrived, the level of service, cleanliness, and hospitality was simply outstanding. The hotel itself is immaculate – every corner is spotless, and it’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining such high standards. The restaurants are equally impressive, offering a fantastic range of delicious food that kept the whole family happy. A very special mention must go to Afsal, who has looked after us so well during our stay. He takes care of all our reservations and bookings for days out, always just a phone call away and incredibly attentive. Afsal consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our trip is smooth, enjoyable, and truly special – he’s a real gem. At the pool, Sanal and Dany have been amazing, always making sure me and my family are well looked after and comfortable. Their warm, friendly service has made our days by the pool extra relaxing. And a big thank you to Yohan for keeping our room spotless every day – his attention to detail and care have not gone unnoticed. We genuinely can’t recommend this hotel enough.
