Went for sister's 70th birthday. What an amazing resort and staff. Sajan Thomas along with his entire staff as well as the entire the M Club staff was the best I have ever encountered. This hotel and staff I would rate a 7 if I could. I am Marriott Ritz Carlton girl but Dubai top my new list!! Booked trip for 2026 already! A must stay!!!!

This was our third stay at the Marriot Palm Jumeirah, and definitely our best! We dined at Smoki Moto and Above Eleven, and both were superb. A special mention has to be made about Rahul, the 8th floor Manager. We received impeccable service from him and his team throughout our stay. He was very attentive and went out of his way to assist us. To top it, he left a bouquet of Proteas in our room. This was a very special gesture, as it is South Africa's national flower. Even after his shift, he enquired if we needed anything. On checking out, he personally assisted us with our luggage and escorted us to our car, to see us on our way. VIP treatment indeed! Read less

The cleaning staff needs to respect the guest's privacy. They are dedicated to their work, but there is no privacy. There is also no barber for men inside the hotel. The reception was good, but the departure was not the same. The breakfast was good, but limited. The service on the beach was not good and limited.

We have great experience at Marriott Palm Jumeirah.. Sebastian was great in accommodating our request while checking in. And we got an upgrade to the Royal penthouse suite which was awesome. And anil kumar provided us with very good service throughout our stay. Regards Saritha
