“Amazing stay at the NH collection hotel”

The hotel experience was excellent. Very kind service, especially Dharmendra, our cleaning guy. He was always smiling and very helpful. Pool area was very nice and the food there was good. The view from the pool area was amazing. Our room was nice and the staff helped if we needed something more. The hotel was very clean, but they could have vacuumed more often. Recommend going to breakfast early to avoid hectic crowd. Some noices came from the hallway early in the morning and late in the night. The beach area was definitely a plus! The beach and pool sunbeds tend to go quickly in the morning.

“Check-in & Room change”

A big compliment goes to Maurits at the reception, who acted in a highly professional and guest-oriented manner when handling our request for a room change. Upon check-in, we were initially given the wrong room category on the first floor (a room without a balcony and with a very unpleasant view). Thanks to Maurits’ help and professionalism, we were upgraded to a beautiful, spacious studio with a kitchenette and a balcony on the 13th floor, offering an amazing view. Because of him, our stay at the hotel became significantly more enjoyable. Employees like Maurits are truly valuable and deserve great appreciation!
