Ricky at the breakfast buffet is truly outstanding – his professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency make every morning a pleasure. The entire pool and food & beverage team is exceptional( the beautiful Fatiha, Lanja, Chibozur, Hicham and Gedy of the pool bar) thanks also to the excellent leadership of their manager Ashraf, who is always among the guests, attentive and ready to anticipate every need.
The only area that could be improved is the reception: the staff at the front desk would benefit from a warmer, friendlier approach and faster problem-solving, especially towards loyal returning guests. A smile and a bit more flexibility would make the welcome as memorable as the rest of the experience.
