Half Board includes:starter, main, dessert per person at ZEST and 101 Dining Lounge. 25% discount on the food bill on evening dinner at OORM restaurants including Olives, Tagine, Beach Bar & Grill, The Rotisserie, Eauzone, Drift, Celebrities and Tresind restaurants.

I had just completed the boardwalk run, and was waiting by the entrance to this hotel for a taxi, my bolt app was estimating a 35 min wait, as I was only travelling to Sofitel on the palm distance from this hotel was 7.9km security said il be able to use there driver for a little extra, bolt was charging me 35 - 40aed. I got in the car and wasn't told how much until I was half way there, on highsight I should of agreed a price before entering, I got to my hotel to be charged 100aed! I felt like I had just been taken for a ride quite literally! Greed comes to mind as the driver pocketed the cash.

We had the most wonderful time. We were a part of 8 adults and ,5 children and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Noushad, our butler, was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we have already booked two further trips for next year.
