316 rooms over 5 floors, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, air-conditioning, balcony/terrace (subject to availability), complimentary in-room mineral water, coffee/tea making facilities, coffee machine, kettle, mini bar with complimentary soft drinks, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers, bathroom amenities, soaking tub and shower, bidet, WiFi, telephone, in-room newspapers, desk, and turn-down service. Ultra All Inclusive: inclusive of the following:

Junior Suite rooms feature a lavishly decorated living room and separate bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah or the beautiful gardens surrounding the resort. 1 king-size bed. These suites sleep a maximum 4 people and include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown service (upon request), local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room per stay) and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

One Bedroom Senior Suite rooms feature a spacious living room that is separate to the bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah. The living room features a business desk. 1 king-size bed and sofa sleeper in the living room. These suites sleep a maximum of 4 people and include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown amenities (upon request), personal holiday assistant, local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary VIP amenities, complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room per stay) and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

Two-Bedroom Family Suites feature views of the Dubai skyline, a living area with lounger, armchairs and a dining table, bathrooms with tub and glassed-in shower, and 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. These suites sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Three-Bedroom Family Suites are also available, featuring a balcony with two sitting areas and sleeping maximum 8 people.

Excellent food & service was the best meal we had all holiday. Our server was niraj and he was very attentive and provided great service they never once let our wine glasses go empty. Get the pineapple for desert, the experience is really nice!

Absolutely amazing. We had a lovely spacious 2 bedroom family suite - perfect layout and tons of space. Cleaned daily, fresh towels, well equipped bathroom toiletries, changed sheets etc Can’t fault the buffet restaurants, so much choice you won’t be disappointed. The pool bars are busy but the staff go out their way with perfect service. We almost didn’t get into the A La carte restaurant as they need to be booked. Although I was turned away my husband had a WhatsApp message asking if our trip was going well and he said no! Within minutes we were booked for the steak restaurant and Italian - so my tip is to book ahead of travel! We took advantage of the activities on offer, these are listed on a WhatsApp group so handy to follow on your stay. I tired everything from sunset Pilates, aerial yoga, aqua exercise classes, paddle boarding and the gym. Loved the chance to do as much or as little as I fancied - the fitness staff are welcoming and guide you through the moves. We used the free Atlantis Waterpark tickets, things worth a visit but super busy so queue times could be a wait. Ask for the navy blue socks on arrival - you will need these, you can’t move about without them. These aren’t advertised, we heard from another guest. The main buffet restaurant has a wide variety of options, the food was fresh and replenished often. The a la carte restaurants were nice, but the buffet options were just as good. Be aware that not all options or bottles of wine are included in your package, this could be made more obvious. There were lots of activities, if thats your thing or enjoy the sun with a cocktail.
