I stayed at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort at the end of April and beginning of May 2025, and I was absolutely delighted! The hotel is simply fantastic: perfect location right on the beach, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a staff that is always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable. A special thanks to Chef Nayak and Chef Rana — they are true masters of their craft! The food at the hotel is outstanding: diverse, delicious, and fresh. Most importantly, both chefs are incredibly attentive to the guests, always smiling, asking if everything is to your liking, and ready to offer something special. recently stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah and, in my opinion, it's the best hotel along the entire Jumeirah Beach. It boasts a stunning and expansive private beach, an exceptionally well-organized pool area, and beautifully maintained gardens. The hotel has been completely renovated, so the rooms are brand new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with impactful decor. The breakfast buffet is outstanding-everything you could possibly want is available. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I've stayed at several other hotels in the Jumeirah area, but if I had to choose just one, the Sheraton Jumeirah remains my top pick. Read less

I stayed here with my husband and 7year old girl and we all loved it. The hotel is new and beautiful, rooms spacious and a lovely bathroom. Hotel has a lovely pool but we had to get up early to reserve our lounger – which we didn’t mind doing. Staff around the pool are friendly, always come to help when they see you trying to move the parasol. The downside was the blaring dj music on some days with unacceptable words for kids. Its like they wanted a party vibe which didn’t suit the hotel or customers. We decided to spend the day outside the next time this happened. My daughter loves kids clubs to get away from the heat. This kids club was nice but there are no structed activities, mainly colouring and watching TV. There is also a limit of 2 hours per day which you can use (never heard of this before). I spoke to someone at the front desk who then allowed me to leave her there for 3 hours if she wanted. I think this should be mentioned in the hotel details. House keeping did a great job, thank you ABISHEK for all you did. The hotel hosts many external events and this was the biggest negative of our stay. We would be in or by the pool and having to hear constant announcements, random music and cheering from the crowds. We stayed 10 nights and they had these events at least 3 times. One of the evening we came back from a walk to find hundreds of men standing outside of the hotel – it really takes away from the class and exclusivity of the hotel. Again, an easter event where people who aren’t staying at the hotel can come and eat/use pool etc. This was the only thing that made us wonder “would we come back?” Now the restaurant… is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The staff are the best I have ever come across (having stayed in countless 5* hotels around the world). They really do take care of you. Being vegetarian, they knew our options were limited and happily made us alternative food. Special mention to – VAISAKH who was so warm and friendly and took care of us for every meal. GABRIEL ISSAC, another friendly helpful man. I once had trouble with my kindle and needed to use someone’s hotspot, he was so patient and helpful. ESSAM NABHAM I think was an executive chef, what a contagious smile! Anytime he saw us he would ask if we wanted anything specific for dinner that evening. SRINIVAAN, another chef who made us the tastiest Indian food we have had in a long long time, I still salivate over the special broccoli dish he made. RITIK our waiter was always around to help us with anything, a constant smiley and friendly face. NAYAK I believe was another chef who has a beaming smile. Just perfect.

We have had a great vacation. Especially the services from Shahvees, Michal and Chaf Pandy was excellent. I would also like to mention that the lifeguards at the beach are very attentive and support every customer wish. We come again next month.

Used the Sheraton for Spa and Pool facilities, had a great time.

My family and I( six of us) had an apartment near the Sheraton, we took out a spa membership for two weeks to enable us to use the pool and bar/restaurant facilities. The staff were more that helpful and friendly with a big shout out for Ansari who took great care looking after us, nothing was too much trouble for Ansari and with him at the helm the place worked like a well run ship. Also thank you to Sassy, who was a great help for anything needed at the pool side. we would also like to say thank you to the chef for the excellent tasting BBQ at the weekends, Delicious, our 18 month old granddaughter loved her morning waves from him.
