The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located at the end of the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, so if you want to visit Dubai city center or other areas of the city, you'd need to add 20-25 min to every trip as you'd first need to drive through the full Palm to get out.

I am writing to share the deeply disappointing and frustrating experience we had at Taj Exotica Dubai. Unfortunately, the service we received was far below the standards expected from a property of your reputation.
We had booked and paid for 12 rooms through other channels well in advance. However, just five days after confirmation, and a day before check-in, we were shocked to receive a demand for additional charges. Despite this unprofessional behavior and inconvenience, we agreed to pay the extra amount to ensure our guests’ comfort.
Upon arrival, things took an even worse turn as the property increased the charges again by an additional AED 100 without prior notice. This complete lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. To make matters worse, our guests were kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour, showing a blatant disregard for their time and comfort.
The staff’s rude and unprofessional attitude made the entire experience unpleasant and unacceptable. Based on this ordeal, I will not recommend this property to anyone. Such behavior reflects poorly on the Taj brand and is a breach of trust for paying guests.
This feedback is intended to highlight the serious lapses in service and professionalism, and I hope these issues are addressed internally to prevent future incidents.
