Where is it

Set on its own 900m stretch of private shoreline, on Jumeirah Beach, alongside Dubai Marina and a 5-minute walk to Marina Walk and JBR walk. Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie golf course are a short drive away. Walkable distance from the newly built Mina Seyahi tram station. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Family Suite Sea View's consist of a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, second bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, and open plan living room with sofa bed, sleeping maximum 7 people.

Westin Club Room Skyline View have city views with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years of age) and an infant.

Westin Club Room Sea View have sea views with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years of age) and an infant.

Westin Club Suite Sea View have sea views and are larger with open-plan living room, dining table, private bedroom and bathroom with dual vanities. Suites with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years of age) and an infant.

The room service people were fantastic. It was a great they gave us somewhere to put all shoes.and then made a dog with some towels, the kids thought was hilarious. With the experience we had, I felt that I need to write a review of the hotel. We were a large group of 11, which may have made things a bit tricky for the hotel, but having spent a very large sum of money for our holiday on the All Inclusive package, the 5 days feel very short of expectations. There were many incidents that fell far short of a luxury 5 star experience, but for me the key points were: 1. We arrived at 9am. We understood that rooms may not be ready until 3pm, however never before have we not been allowed to use the restaurants or get drinks. The service was so inconsistent during our stay that 4 of our 11 people were given one complementary soft drink. Never before has a hotel not given us breakfast or lunch while we waited. Rixos hotels insist you have food/drinks and make yourself comfortable while you wait for your room. However Rixos (Saadiyat) is in a totally different league to the Westin. 2. For every single drink, food, ice cream, the waiters are chasing you for a signature, which is absolutely ridiculous. I would rather just wear a wristband to identify us as AI. Our group of 11 was split over 2 bookings (7 and 4 people). On a couple of occasions the waiters said that 11 people have eaten, but we only had 7 people on our booking, implying that we have brought non-guests in. They didn’t take the time to look and see that we were in fact a group of 11. You could also be waiting a very long time for drinks. 3. In the evening once you are done with eating, getting a drink on the AI package is very restricted. 4. Drinks on the AI package are very limited. 5. I never am one to use the ‘race card’, however this hotel does seem to have a different attitude depending on your background/ ethnicity. So many times were had rubbish service, totally dismissed and things not sorted. I actually couldn’t wait to get home. This is not an exhaustive list of the negatives but gives to a flavour and food for thought prior to booking. Wanting to be fair, here are the positives: 1. Rooms were excellent and spacious. House keeping were wonderful, twice a day keeping the rooms spotless. 2. 3 of us had lovely massages in the Spa 3. Overall, the restaurants and food were pretty good. I’m very surprised about how loved this hotel is by guests as I certainly have no intention on returning. I would rather spend my money where it is appreciated. Read less

I would've given 5 stars, but for a couple of issues that slightly soured our experience. We had a leak in our room from upstairs, also impacting the guests below us. The hot water tap in the main bathroom could not turn off, which I had to shut off myself from under the sink until repaired. We upgraded to a suite which was next to a service room, which resulted in a lot of noise/banging around in the evening/night time. Whilst these things weren't a major issue, they did cause a bit of disruption to our holiday. All that being said, we had a great time and staff were absolutely amazing; Aman on reception, Mohamed in concierge, Lwin, Yash & Nishanth from the pool, and I would also like to say a very big thank you to the housekeeping team Mohit & Rawat. They kept our suite immaculate and would always make an animal figurine or something special out of a towel for our daughter. Would definitely come back! Read less
