Bed & Breakfast option: includes daily buffet breakfast at Ginger Moon.

Half Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast, and lunch or dinner at participating restaurants.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants.

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants. Daily snack. Ice cream. Tea and coffee throughout the day. Mini-bar (stocked upon arrival with beer and soft drinks). House beverages (wine/soft beverages/beers and spirits) served from midday until the venue closes.

This hotel is fantastic from top to bottom but what makes it fantastic is the staff, after our first night was broken sleep due to construction over the road, the hotel reception moved us very quickly without any fuss the following day…perfect and very quiet…Breakfast at the Ginger Moon was a great range of everything you need to start your day, my personal favorite (being English) was the perfectly made poached eggs on avocado on freshly made sourdough bread (thank you chefs) and to finish off I had wellness drinks and vitamin shots….Both supervisors Raj and Soraj (from Nepal) were exceptional and friendly, who run a great team with smooth and extremely attentive service..nothing was too much trouble…..Thanks for the traveling advice Raj…For all Inclusive guests There is also a great range of large and small restaurants and eateries to visit… ..The rooms were beautifully decorated and cleaned to a very high professional standard and the night time turn down service was great as well……we spent a lot of time at the exclusive for guests only, W beach as the pool areas were very busy, yet again the staff at the beach in particularly Alex who was the most genuine and lovely guy who looked after our every need, placing parasols in just the right spot to protect us from the very hot sun then placing our towels on them for us, after that he would bring us bottled water in ice buckets to stay cool and frozen face cloths, genius touch, he would chat to us for a while then leave us to enjoy ourselves but always making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and when we finished he even sorted our towels for us, thank you Alex your a credit to the hotel..also special mention for Davidas and Fernandez, thank you guys…..We spent most of our evenings in the Barasti Bar, thank you so much to the staff who looked after us every night..Jackie runs a great team… special mention for Rose, Gaurau, Mosaraf and the extremely entertaining Tyclane…..The live band called Sweet Chilli Jam were great, thanks to Johan & Elaina for great live music…. The cleaning service is amaizing and they care about all your requests and make you feel very special The hotel staff are very friendly and adapt all my requests. This was my first time but definitely not the last.

A wonderful hotel with impressive facilities. My two children stayed in the pool from dawn til dusk! The waterpark is an added bonus at this resort - perfect for children. Special mention to the wonderful man from the pool bar who delivers food and water - so attentive and friendly.
