“A New Benchmark for Hospitality”

My family and I recently spent ten nights at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, and the experience was exceptional in every respect. As a veteran architect and an extensive traveler, I have experienced many outstanding hotels around the world, but very few have achieved this level of excellence. The architecture, interiors, amenities and attention to detail are remarkable, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of the team we encountered was exceptionally welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring. Nothing ever seemed too much to ask, and more impressively, so many details were anticipated before we even had to ask. That level of hospitality is rare. For ten days, we genuinely felt at home, to the point that our children simply did not want to leave. W Dubai – Mina Seyahi has set a standard by which excellence in hospitality should be measured. We recommend it without reservation and will certainly be returning on our future visits to Dubai. Our sincere thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
