Me & the mrs genuinely miss him & he really has become a friend to us. Hamza was another individual who stood out to us recommending places for us to visit & eat, just top tier guys that im blessed to have met. We did not have any issues aside from one with the location of our room, the team acted super quick & did not stop until they were sure we were satisfied. Nadeem should be running the place, his kind nature & attributes really stood out above anything else. The Pearl Club team were simply exceptional, the beach and pool team were excellent, the front desk and bell hops, very good, Coco Club Team were very good and our younger son really enjoyed his time here. We usually visit Dubai every 3/4/5 years but are already hoping to go back in a couple of years and will undoubtedly be staying at, what feels like, “our” hotel. Can’t recommend enough. Read less
