“Not just a hotel, an experience”

We chose this hotel as part of our honeymoon, and it was a real luxury experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly looked after, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and everyone went above and beyond. The Burj Khalifa view room is so worth it, such a special experience to have the balcony looking out to such an amazing view. The rooms in general were exceptional, so spacious and have everything you could possibly need and more. The swimming pools are a real USP for this hotel, and they live up to the expectations. The rooftop pool never felt overcrowded, and were always welcoming with fresh towels on the sun loungers. We went here most days, as it was open during the day and night, visiting at both times of day offers a different perspective. If you can get breakfast included with your stay, it's well worth it. The selection and quality is amazing, always felt a special start to each day. This isn't typically the type of hotel we'd stay in, and was a treat as part of our honeymoon, I think this hotel gets the balance right of offering true luxury without feeling out of place. The hotel even recognised our celebration with a congratulations cake delivered to our room.

We had the most amazing experience celebrating our 11th year anniversary at Address Sky View! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and warm, making us feel truly special. A huge thank you to Ruby and Mercy at reception for the smooth and seamless check-in — your kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, which made the occasion even more memorable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed, offering both comfort and elegance. And of course, the infinity pool overlooking the city skyline was absolutely stunning — a true highlight of the hotel and an experience we’ll never forget. Everything from start to finish was perfect. This stay felt truly once in a lifetime, and we’re so grateful to everyone at Address Sky View for making our anniversary celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back!

“Another memorable holiday in Dubai”

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and each visit is better than the last. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed back by Sanu, who kindly arranged a room with incredible Burj Khalifa views for my mum’s birthday – such a thoughtful gesture. The staff here are truly outstanding, warm, friendly, and always going the extra mile. George and Sanu took great care of us throughout, while Dexter and Manilyn made breakfast a daily highlight, greeting us by name and even preparing our favourite dishes off-menu. They surprised my mum with a birthday cake and song – a moment we’ll never forget! The hotel itself is pure luxury. It’s beautifully designed, spotless, and with spacious rooms offering every single amenity. The rooftop infinity pool with skyline views is simply stunning. This hotel is our go-to in Dubai, not just for the amazing setting, but because the staff make every stay truly special. Thank you for yet another unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back!
