We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our overall experience. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and made our visit memorable. What really stood out was the exceptional service and hospitality provided by Ubaid at the Club Lounge. His warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. His excellent service truly elevated our experience and made it even more special. A big thank you to Ubaid and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

The overall experience was superb, especially the service. Ragesh and the filipina staff was very helpful and attentive, complementary water was given upon arrival and that for me explains alot. We drove from Al Ain to celebrate my wife's birthday so it was a long drive. The food was exeptional, i liked the fact that the prices are pretty reasonable, we have been to a few infinity/ skypools in dubai including Aura and Burj Al Arab and compared to The Adress, the prices are much reasonable. The waiting time is just under 10 mins, the food was served hot and remarkably delicious (for orders served under 10 mins, yes that is remarkable 😁) BUT there are a few things that can be better. Let me explain. On the changing/shower rooms (MEN), the drain is a bit clogged, when you shower there is a pool of water there thats doesnt drain. Another thing is the space, you cant put your stuff somewhere inside the shower room, its a hassle where you need to change outside after you shower or like what i did i hang my clothes on the topside of the door and used the knobs inside the shower room to put my wet clothes. Another thing is the AC on the lobby part of the changing/ shower rooms, its really hot in there, i'm sweating already after showering 😁 maybe cranking up the AC especially during this season where its really hot. Aside from this i'd recommend The Address, you like good reasonable food, great view, great music, great ambience, and superb staff service, this is your place to go. Ask for Ragesh and that filipina lady yhey are very professional. Kudos The Address! (Thanks for the complementary cake by the way, that was delicious). 🔥🔥🔥
