it was our first time in this hotel the reception staff help us and take care of us .The view of this hotel is amazing the resturant at hotel is amazing all staff is good specially ubaid make our stay amazing happy and we enjoy and talk a lot food is also amazing in the resturant we will come back again because of nice staff 10/10.

From the very beggining to the very end, the service was awesome, everybody there is so helpful and willing to do the best just to make you feel comfortable. There is pool at the lobby level and also on the 54th level. We went only to rooftop one - the pool was not crowded, we always got deckchair with towels and could enjoy nice view with delicious drink. I also recommend to order breakfast - they are rich and tasty, that it is so hard to decide what you want, cause you want everything. I would give 10/10 to this place, but the only thing i do not really recommend is Cé La Vie restaurant (only if you are alone looking for a company). It was a great day for me and I was very happy and enjoyed it. I met hamshari, he is polite and has a very classy style and he gave me the best shisha in Dubai. Thanks to all the staff, especially hamshari, for the good reception and hospitality. I will definitely come back again.
