“Special recognition of Conrad team hospitality”

What initially started as a short family trip with my parents unexpectedly turned into a much longer stay. From the very first day, the entire hotel team took exceptional care of us and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The level of attention, warmth, and professionalism we experienced went far beyond expectations. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding work of the Executive Lounge team. The entire crew created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere every day. In particular, Winnie, Philippe, and Membere consistently brightened our days with their kindness, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality. A very special thank you goes to Iryna Laputs from the Executive Lounge and Guest Relations team. Every one of my visits to the hotel was made even more memorable thanks to her presence. Irina provided incredible support to my parents during our stay, demonstrating a level of care, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality that is truly rare to find. Her professionalism and thoughtful approach did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on our family. It is employees like Iryna and the Executive Lounge team who truly embody the spirit of hospitality and make Conrad stand out. The food selection in the Executive Lounge is thoughtfully curated and balanced, offering something enjoyable for every taste. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent. I would also like to commend the swimming pool staff and the housekeeping team, who maintained the same high standard of service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Additional thanks to Ballaro (restaurant) team. My sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the entire Conrad team for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that leaves guests with wonderful memories and a desire to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy outstanding service, delicious food, and a genuinely positive experience filled with warmth from an incredible team.

Brilliant hotel. Check in was wonderful, thank you Ms Freeny. Very professional and so consistently helpful during my stay. The lounge was wonderful too. Ms Winnie, Francis together with the rest of the team were truly amazing. My stay was during the 1st week of the Iran conflict so a tense environment. But the staff carried on as normal and prioritized guest safety and security over their own personal well-being. It was impressive to see. Breakfast on the floor 6 is first class. Great selection of food to choose. Staff here again were so helpful. Honestly cant wait to come back to this fabulous hotel.

Stayed here because of airspace closed, was best decision ever from check in to check out everything was perfect, our flights kept getting cancelled the staff at front desk said don't worry you won't lose your room, Breakfast is amazing so so much choice executive lounge is stunning so lovely and clean, spa and gym is great loved using both, pool is beautiful, After 5 days here I was upgraded to a beautiful suite, All the staff are so helpful and friendly always smiling, I normally don't mention any staffs names because not fair on others, but this time I'll make a exception Francis in the executive lounge always looked so smart he's dressed code is great and he looks after everyone so well , When we were leaving staff booked us a taxi Then came out to say good bye made us feel like apart of their family, I am in Dubai next year will 100% come back I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL Thank you for a great service
