Absolutely amazing — those are the words that come to mind when I think about our recent stay at the Conrad Dubai.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The front desk recognized my Hilton Diamond status and upgraded us to a huge suite, which made the stay even more special. Housekeeping went above and beyond with thoughtful turndown service, towel animals, chocolates, cakes, fruit baskets, and even a personalized anniversary photo in a frame. These little touches meant a lot to us.
The food throughout the hotel was excellent, from room service to the restaurant and executive lounge. We also enjoyed wonderful massages at the spa. Although my wife experienced an issue with one of her massages, Stavy, the spa manager, handled it with true professionalism and went above and beyond to make things right.
What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. The employees genuinely care about their guests and about each other, and it shows in every interaction. We would especially like to recognize Rodolfo, Sarvesh, and Kaoutar for their outstanding service at breakfast every day. While the breakfast spread could benefit from a bit more variety, we still thoroughly enjoyed it each morning.
We would also like to give special thanks to Ijaz from the concierge, who helped us get in contact with our Desert Safari tour operator. He went above and beyond to reach them and kept us informed about our pickup, which we really appreciated.
And of course, we will never forget the warm greetings and big smile from Menbere in the executive lounge during afternoon tea and happy hour each day. She made us feel genuinely welcome.
The hotel’s location is also excellent. The Red Line metro station is literally right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to reach Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, and DXB airport.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The Conrad Dubai combines a great location, excellent food, comfortable rooms, and truly outstanding service. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
