Another fabulous stay at the Conrad Dubai. As a diamond member we were treated well with an upgrade to an executive room. Special thanks to Menbere in the Executive Lounge, she is incredibly attentive and highly professional. She made us so welcome and brightened up our day each time. We will be back.

Stayed for 2 nights recently before heading home after nearly 3 weeks in Dubai over Christmas and New Year. We were sent a room selection from guest services over an email to select a room of choice and asked what time we would be arriving. We choose a top floor city view room. On arrival just before 3pm we were very disappointed to learn our room was not ready and can we please give them a few hours to prepare as the hotel was full? We found this unacceptable and front desk assigned us another room of the same standard but a sea view which was ok but we were disappointed at not receiving our room of choice. We felt the checkin experience was fairly longwinded and later found out that as diamond members we could have checked in on the 24th executive lounge level seamlessly and relaxed with a coffee while the room was prepared. We visited the exec lounge for afternoon tea which was lovely. We returned at 6pm for the evening service of drinks and canapés. There was a fabulous choice of food and drinks including nice cocktails. Thankyou to Frances who served us promptly and was lovely. He made time to get to know you and made you feel very valued. Next morning we choose the exec lounge for breakfast and was somewhat disappointed. There was no toaster to make your own toast and had to ask staff to make us toast. We had an early flight next morning so we were unable to make breakfast at the main restaurant Bellaro so look forward to trying this out next visit. We are returning in June to celebrate our 40th Ruby wedding anniversary and look forward to our stay with you. Read less

This morning I had one of the most amazing Arabic coffee served by Badawy. He is so respectful and the his service was amazing. He was always going around asking guests if they need coffee or dates and making sure everyone has the best experience at the hotel lobby

A very pleasant stay at Conrad Dubai. The customer service in all areas of the hotel is impeccable, we would like to highlight the kind service offered by Badawy in the lobby and entrance lounge of the hotel and the excellent and dedicated service offered by Jenika and Roshni in the Executive Lounge, who made each of our visits a memorable moment along with the other members of the staff. The hotel is very well located. It is very close to the Dubai Mall and the Museum of the Future within walking distance, as well as close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain, the Sky View Building and also close to other attractions such as public beaches and the old city of Dubai. The hotel also has a nice pool area. The pool is heated. There are several restaurants near the hotel with different food options, and also within walking distance is the excellent rooftop bar and restaurant Level 43 Sky Lounge at the Four Points hotel by Sheraton. Our spacious room had amazing views in two directions due to being on a corner, large and comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. Modern decor with decorative details from the Arabic world.
