After trying several places, including stays on Palm Jumeirah, I ended up at MediaOne Hotel. Honestly, I planned to stay just a couple of days, but I felt so comfortable that I extended my visit to a full week, even rescheduling my flight to spend more time here. From the moment I arrived, it felt as if the hotel staff were old friends rather than employees. A special shoutout to Shahul, the hotel manager—he created such a welcoming, warm atmosphere, always ready to help with anything I needed. It genuinely felt like coming to a place where everyone already knew me. The location was exactly what I was looking for: Media City, a buzzing business district, yet just a short walk to Dubai Marina and the beaches near Le Meridien and the W Hotel. The hotel’s vibe perfectly balances work and leisure. I especially appreciated having great spots to sit down with my laptop, paired with incredible city views. As for food, everything I tried was delicious. From the Italian restaurant downstairs to the fantastic experience at Jato on the 43rd floor—each meal was enjoyable, and the nightlife was an unexpected bonus. My friend, who knows Dubai inside-out, recommended MediaOne to me, and I’m glad he did. I’ve stayed in many top hotels around Dubai, but this was by far my favorite experience. Great hospitality , great property , great service and great people. Hotel location is perfect , team members are so friendly and food quality is amazing .Especially you should try pastry items from pastry team. Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable . will come again to stay for sure

Location is good. Room was small but good and new furnitured. The atmosphere of hotel was very nice has 2good drinking places. Staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Mrs Bayan was very nice and friendly. Room was very clean and hotel has very good swimming pool and snack bar

As this wasn’t my first time, I had a very nice and comfortable time in Media One Hotel. I loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of staff. They were very professional and prompt when attending to my requests. I loved the price in terms of the service provided and enjoyed the location especially that it’s away for major traffic jams.
