The we’re 4 restaurants but could only use the buffet as the others were always fully booked. I paid all inclusive but was disappointed as they only offered 1 drink with the meal. On check in the just wanted to sell me a more expensive room for £120 which U paid but the whole experience was not value for money. I raised this at check out but he wasn’t interested..
Poor value for money not enough food for all inclusive and no drinks available other than one drink with my meal. Had to have same old buffet food every day. Not impressed at all and would not recommend

My experience with the Rotana Towers hotel is excellent already. I was there for the third time. It is close to the metro station, has a beautiful swimming pool, massages, bar and I think everything the guest needs. The staff are excellent and have always helped or advised me. I am very satisfied and I would to come next time.

I want to leave a review for the Towers Rotana Hotel. I want to say that the hotel deserves 5 stars, all the staff is very polite and responsive to all visitors. I especially remember Khalil. This man with a huge soul and a kind heart always greets me and asks how I'm doing. This is a great hotel, and I want this hotel to have 5 stars.

I travelled solo and booked their Guest Room. The room was very clean with beautiful city view. I really appreciate their 24 h check in! So you can check in anytime when you land in Dubai. Buffet breakfast was outstanding, wide variety of delicious food and pastries. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Would definitely come again.
