Generally good. Let down by several problems with room. Great staff. Bars and restaurants good. Beach and pool excellent. Ula Restaurant really good. Very good location

First time in Dubai and stayed here at the Dukes hotel on the palm, Fantastic location, friendly atmosphere and staff could not do enough for us, room spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day. Food at the GBR was excellent from the breakfast to the evening meal. A quick mention for Kevin the car coordinator who was always on hand to arrange a taxi for us. Will definitely be back and would suggest family and friends to stay at the Dukes hotel.

The rooms need very urgent renovation. The cleanliness of the hotel was far from the average Dubai level. This should be a 3* hotel, No way for 5*
