My stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights was overall unsatisfactory and did not fully reflect the standards expected of hotels in this category. There is an opportunity to enhance the variety and quality of food, improve staff responsiveness and their ability to manage guest flow, despite their courteous approach, and streamline the check-in and check-out process to ensure greater efficiency, all of which would positively impact the overall experience. My stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights exceeded my expectations. The staff were truly outstanding—especially Malak, Khadijah, and Mariana—who were professional, friendly, and always attentive. Malak in particular showed great professionalism and care throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, the hotel location is convenient, and the facilities are excellent. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the lobby and restaurant had a great atmosphere with high service standards. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely return again.

“Bad feedback for my experience staying”

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast is very poor with almost no variety, and the chef is not cooperative. There is a clear lack of cleanliness, and there are no proper food options — no vegetables or salads, and the food is often cold. As for dinner, it is limited mostly to Indian food with very few choices available. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. My rating is 1/10 — it does not deserve any money spent on it.
