Terrible experience from start to finish No valet available as stated on the website Lounge club not open Mexican restaurant not open Pool not open No cocktails on the menu available In room dining very poor quality and cold upon delivery With staff delivering the items arguing at your door about an order they got wrong

“An Unexpected behavior from Hyatt!!!!”

I Booked this Hotel on November 2025 for 4 days and through one of our local platforms in Iran (due to payment limitations, we had to book from Iranian agents to pay by our own currency online). Because my ETA, that was at 4 am, i needed to book for early check in, but it was not possible to do through that booking platform. So, i sent an email to the Hotel and introduced myself as a Hotelier (i work for the biggest Hotel chain in my own country and I am currently Deputy CEO) and asked reservation team to book me an early check in (certainly not free of charge!). the answer came from a gentleman by the name of Mahmoud, saying there is no early check in possible!!! Again i sent another email explaining my flight time and the necessity of this early check in for my travel and came another answer (from a different person) that early check in is possible and the Hotel will organize it for me. I appreciated a lot but after next shift (few hours after), again i got an email from the same mr Mahmoud that early check in is not possible because the Hotel is busy!!!! What a Joke! I could not believe that a brand like Hyatt did such to me!!! and because of this wrong attitude of Mr Mahmoud, I had to book another Hotel for half a day until i could check in to Hyatt. Please someone needs to supervise some personal bias that team may have towards guests for any reason!!!! as to the rest, the Hotel was perfect, clean and neat. Standard room was too small! breakfast was good but could be better. I wish a day that a reputable brand like Hyatt hires right Hoteliers for their frontline.
