“An Outstanding Hospitality Experience Exceeding Expectations...”

Thank you for the opportunity to share my feedback regarding my recent stay with World of Hyatt at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The rooms were well maintained, comfortable, and met my expectations, and the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The food was of a high standard, and the dining experience was excellent. Overall, the quality of service and responsiveness from all departments was truly superb. I would like to sincerely commend the entire hotel team—from the doormen and valet parking staff, to the reception team, porters, restaurant waiters, housekeeping, and laundry staff. Everyone was consistently professional, helpful, and supportive, which greatly enhanced my stay. I was also delighted to find a fruit basket in my room upon my return, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that reflected the team’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. In particular, I would like to extend special recognition to Ms. Lamees at the front desk. She was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and well-coordinated at all times. I was fortunate to see her assisting guests both late at night during check-in and again early in the morning at departure, which clearly demonstrates her dedication and strong work ethic. She handles guests with great professionalism and courtesy, and she is truly a valuable asset to your organization. In my view, she is someone management should certainly consider for future growth and promotion. Thank you once again for the excellent hospitality and outstanding service. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

“A fantastic hotel to stay to reach all of Dubai's must-sees”

An outstanding hotel with a perfect location to reach all the Dubai must-sees. Very kind service people in any spot of the hotel. Very nice rooms, clean and spacy. We stayed in the 28th floor to the downtown side - What an amazing view! The main things can be reached by Metro (The blue line is just 5mins away by foot). Visit the Eve Lounge at 34th floor. 164m height, 360° view, you will be blown away. Best place to see the city skyline in Dubai!!! (See the attached photo).

Great Stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights! I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights – luxurious rooms, impeccable service, and a prime location. Breakfast was mostly excellent, but I'd love to see more eggless vegetarian options to cater better to diverse diets. Highly recommend!
