“Not the Standard Expected – Needs Serious Improvement”

This stay was disappointing and did not meet the expected standards. The most concerning issue was a late-night noise disturbance from a lounge event. Despite repeated complaints, the hotel failed to resolve the issue promptly, and the noise continued for hours. This shows a lack of control and poor handling of guest concerns. Additionally, the room did not include basic amenities such as a toothbrush or shower cap. When requested, I was informed these were chargeable. For a hotel of this category, this approach feels like cost-cutting at the expense of guest experience. Overall, the stay reflected poor service responsiveness and lack of attention to basic guest needs. I hope management reviews this seriously, as this experience does not align with the brand expectations.

My stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights exceeded my expectations. The staff were truly outstanding—especially Malak, Khadijah, and Mariana—who were professional, friendly, and always attentive. Malak in particular showed great professionalism and care throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, the hotel location is convenient, and the facilities are excellent. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the lobby and restaurant had a great atmosphere with high service standards. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely return again.
