“Positive Feedback on Stay Experience”

I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful stay I had at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Hotel. It was truly an amazing experience. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa from my deluxe family room, which made the stay even more memorable. Thank you for your excellent hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.

DO NOT STAY - THE WORST CHECK - IN EXPERIENCE - Customer Service - worse than a 1 Star Hotel!!!! When I arrived, the lobby was nearly empty. There appeared to be only one guest being helped at the time, along with a manager standing nearby and another employee assisting someone at the World of Hyatt desk. I waited patiently while observing the situation, and when it appeared the World of Hyatt interaction would conclude first, I naturally moved toward that desk. During this time, another guest entered behind me. A third staff member then emerged from the back and immediately assisted the newer arrival without asking who was next or acknowledging that I had already been waiting. What was particularly frustrating was that the manager (SOURAV) standing in the middle did not step in to direct the flow of guests or ensure proper queue management. As a result, I ended up waiting close to 20–30 minutes to check in despite the hotel appearing well below occupancy and the lobby being largely empty. When I was finally assisted, the interaction felt extremely nonchalant. There was little acknowledgment of the delay, no meaningful apology, and no effort to make me feel welcomed as a guest. The overall tone felt indifferent and unprofessional. Additionally, during checkout, I observed the manager (SOURAV) whispering to the World of Hyatt employee as I approached from the elevator. Given the earlier experience, it appeared they may have been speaking about me. When I addressed it directly, the manager seemed nervous and dismissed it rather than responding professionally. Overall, the experience left me with the impression of a poorly managed front desk operation lacking both professionalism and guest awareness. I felt overlooked from arrival through departure, which was disappointing.

The stay was excellent and staffs were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean. Taxi were always on standby.
