“Unexpected stay but great welcome and service.”

We had an unexpected stay at this hotel due to airspace being closed over Dubai. We were provided with a lovely room and three meal a day. Although the meals were not their usual menu, I have to stress that everything provided was cooked to perfection. If this is what the chefs can produce at short notice then their regular fair can only be better. The hotel was lovely, clean and very welcoming. The staff were very polite and professional. Although we didn't choose to stay here, we were very grateful that we did. If we ever find ourselves in this area again then we would happily make this our first choice.

“Superb relaxing stay”

Everything about my stay was about me relaxing and every componant of this hotel came together and i achieved my goal. This hotel is well laid out and maintained, super clean with a passionate work force. I believe that the staff make or break any business and the management of Hyatt Regency should be very proud of their team, as every member of staff went above and beyond to make my stay extra special I could not ask any more. Superb thank you All.

“outlining the shortcomings of my 7-day stay”

I am only highlighting -ve things I experienced. Underwhelming Check-in Experience: The arrival experience sets the tone for the stay, but the front desk staff lacked the expected warmth and friendliness. Additionally, no one took the time to explain the hotel’s facilities or operating hours, which is a basic standard for a property of this caliber. Repetitive Breakfast Selection: Staying for a week highlighted a significant lack of variety in your food offerings. The breakfast menu was virtually identical for all seven days, with no noticeable rotations or changes to keep the spread interesting for long-stay guests. Inconvenient Child Play Area Policy: The requirement to book the child play area an hour in advance every single day is overly restrictive and frustrating for families. This policy creates unnecessary friction rather than providing a relaxing amenity. Poor Housekeeping Anticipation: The most disappointing aspect was having to call and request basic daily amenities, such as dental kits, every single day. In a 5-star hotel, housekeeping should proactively restock these items during daily service. It is unacceptable that I had to chase down staff for standard bathroom amenities. I am sharing this feedback because this level of service is not reflective of the Hyatt experiences I have had elsewhere in India.
