Deluxe King / Twin Resort View Rooms have a balcony and a choice of river, pool or resort views, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adult and 1 child (below 12 years); or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years) or 3 adults.

Board basis options

Bed & Breakfast: includes buffet breakfast at Kalea.

Half Board Plus option: includes buffet breakfast at Kalea and lunch at Hikina, Ari, Kalea (if open) or dinner at Kalea or Hikina. Tea/coffee, water, and soft beverages. 2 alcoholic beverages (house beer bottles, wines by glass and spirits per standard pour)in respective restaurants. 2 ice lollies per day, per child at Palama.

Unlimited house package (house beer bottles, wines by glass and spirits per standard pour) daily at Ari, Hikina, Kalea and Palma Terrace. Tea/coffee, water, and soft beverages for kids and adults are complimentary at Ari, Hikina, Kalea and Palma. Unlimited selected ice cream cups and ice lollies, per child in Palma and Ari.

Deluxe Rooms with Pool View have a balcony and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (below 12 years); or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years) or 3 adults.

Deluxe Rooms with River View have a balcony and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (below 12 years); or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years) or 3 adults.

Deluxe Rooms with Resort View have a balcony and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child(below 12 years); or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years) or 3 adults.

Junior Suites have a balcony, resort, river, pool views, living area. Each suite has 1 king-size bed and a sofa, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child (below 12 years) or 4 adults. Rollaway bed permitted.

Family Suites have a balcony, resort, river, pool view, living area separated from the bedroom. Each suite has 1 king-size bed and a sofa, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child (below 12 years old) or 4 adults. Rollaway bed permitted.

Family Rooms with resort views offer a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, and a designated space for children with 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 3 children. Rollaway bed permitted.

1 Bedroom Royal Suites have a balcony, pool view, separate living area, 2 TVs. Each suite has 1 king-size bed and a sofa, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children. Rollaway bed permitted.

2 Bedroom Royal Suites have a balcony, pool view, separate living area, 3 TVs. Each suite has 1 king-size bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. Sleeping maximum 4 adults and 3 children. Rollaway bed permitted.

3 Bedroom Villas have a balcony, 1 or 2 storeys, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate living area, kitchenette (with microwave), 4 TVs. Bedroom 1 has 1 King, bedroom 2 has 2 Doubles and bedroom 3 has 1 king. A living area with large sofa, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 2 children (below 12 years old). Rollaway bed permitted.

Deluxe Villa has a balcony, 1 storey, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate living area, kitchenette (with microwave), 4 TVs, and an evening turndown service. Each villa has 2 king-size beds, 2 double beds, and a large sofa, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 3 children (below 12 years). Rollaway bed permitted.
