“The best hotel in Dubai”

Our stay at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection was absolutely amazing! From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed. The service was outstanding — every member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. What impressed us the most was the genuine friendliness and attentiveness of the team. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home throughout our stay. We are so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere! And special thank you for Emiric in Kales❤️

Ednah was absolutely wonderful with us. She provided so much helpful information and truly made our stay enjoyable. We are definitely coming back, in shaa Allah, to Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection. The atmosphere was very warm, welcoming, and pleasant throughout our visit.

Stayed at The Lapita from February 1st to February 8th Excellent hotel, rooms lovely, the whole place was kept immaculately clean-including all the toilets. Staff were extremely courteous, remembering your name and room number every day. (I was referred to as Sir David during our stay lol!) The hotel was extremely quiet (we were told only 50% occupancy), meaning you could get up as late as you liked and not have to worry about sunbeds. The pool was really nice and warm even for February, and the bar service around the pool was excellent. The staff were so grateful of any tips (of which we gave plenty-even to the security guards and cleaners-the smile on their faces when we gave them a tip is something we'll never forget bless them. The food was first class-even in the daily buffet restaurant, and the staff service was impeccable. Pizzas were the best ever, and the Asian restaurant was very good-a special mention to the assistant manageress Amanda-so polite, friendly and genuinely grateful. All the staff, everywhere in the hotel were amazing Theme parks right next to the hotel were free of charge (I think if you're all inclusive as we were). A couple of the rollercoasters were closed when we were there. I have to say that Legoland was amazing-the models were fantastic. The hotel is quite a way from Dubai central, so you'd have to allow for taxis, although the hotel does offer a once a day shuttle to the beach or the Burj Khalifa. So a big thank you to all the staff for giving me and my beautiful wife a great holiday
