For me, a proper resort needs plenty of trees, beautiful plants, green grass, and an incredible view. I love being surrounded by greenery while still enjoying the sea, and this resort gave me exactly that feeling.
We originally booked a sea-view room, but Shine from the Front Office really made our day by arranging an upgrade for us. Wai also assisted us by showing us both our originally booked room and the upgraded room. The view from our upgraded room was incredible, and honestly, it made our celebration even more special.
There is so much to explore around the resort that you don't even need to leave the property to keep yourself entertained.

One thing I really liked is the variety of dining options available. The resort has four main dining outlets, a coffee shop with a lounge, and the NEO Sky Bar.
We tried Market, the all-day dining restaurant, for lunch. Khine was very helpful and took the time to explain the different dining options to us. The restaurant had a generous selection of food, and the dessert section was especially impressive, with so many options to choose from.
We also visited ULA Beach Club, and honestly, the portions were huge for two people! The decoration has a beautiful beachy vibe, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal. One thing worth mentioning is that the ULA pool is adults-only, which is a great option for adults who want a more peaceful pool experience.
We also discovered the Moroccan restaurant, where in-house guests were offered complimentary Moroccan tea. It was a lovely little touch that added something special to the stay.
And of course, we couldn't miss NEO Sky Bar on the 10th floor. The views of the surrounding resort area and the highway with its beautiful roadside lighting were particularly lovely in the evening. It is definitely a spot worth visiting if you enjoy a nice view with your drinks.

The service was one of the highlights of our stay, from arrival until departure. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist.

Thank you to John as well for taking us around the hotel in the buggy. It made exploring the resort so much easier and more enjoyable.

What I loved most is that there is so much to do without having to go anywhere else.
The resort offers several dining options, a beach club, an adults-only pool at ULA, a Moroccan restaurant, a sky bar, and even a mini arcade game room. They also have a racing simulator for younger guests, while adults can enjoy games such as pool and mini shooting games. Honestly, it felt like discovering a little paradise for adults who still enjoy playing games!
Another interesting service is the bicycle rental. Since we were new to Ras Al Khaimah, the idea of renting bicycles to explore Al Marjan Island was something I really appreciated. It is a nice way to see the surroundings rather than spending the entire stay inside the resort.
There are also outdoor activities for families and children, and if you enjoy singing, the Beach House hosts karaoke nights every evening at 8 pm. So even if you are travelling without children, there is plenty to keep you entertained.

Our overall experience, from arrival to departure, was smooth and enjoyable. The team assisted us throughout our stay, and we really appreciated how helpful everyone was.

Honestly, our stay was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We came here to celebrate, but we ended up discovering so many different things around the resort that made the trip even more enjoyable.
From the room upgrade and beautiful sea view to the food, beach club, sky bar, games, and bicycle rental, there was always something to explore. I especially loved the greenery around the property and the beautiful little canal connecting the beach area towards the reception. The landscaping deserves a special mention because it adds such a lovely touch to the resort.
My favourite part is that the resort caters to different moods. You can relax by the sea, enjoy a nice meal, take pictures, play games, or head up to the sky bar for the evening view.
A big thank you to Shine, Wai, Aung, Abdul, John, Khine, and Niya for making our stay so memorable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and that is what makes a hotel experience truly special.
