Diana in the RBG restaurant has been so friendly and helpful. She arranged a booking at La med restaurant and chatted to us every day. All employees we’re extremely pleasant but Diana stood out from the rest

They welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. A special thank you as well to the housekeeping team, and ms Catherine who were always attentive, helpful, and committed to making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, relaxing, and truly special. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality are a credit to the hotel. This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic stay with our family. I would especially like to thank Ms. Dinara from the Front Office, who helped us with our room booking and made sure everything was well arranged for our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and excellent hospitality are always appreciated. A very special thanks to Mr. Naqeeb as well. The way he treated me and my family was simply excellent—no words can fully describe it. He was extremely professional, respectful, welcoming, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His outstanding service truly made us feel like valued guests. Our kids absolutely loved the water park and kids’ play area, which is one of the main reasons we enjoy coming back to this hotel. It is a wonderful place for families with children. Thank you to the entire hotel team for another lovely and memorable experience. This was our third visit, and we will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and family-friendly stay.
