“Very professional staff and kind staff specially Sunil”

From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt genuinely welcomed. A gentleman wearing the Golden Keys I believe was named Sunil, welcomed us with a warm and sincere smile. That kind of genuine hospitality is what every guest hopes to experience. He kindly escorted us to the reception, where Ahadi assisted us with a smooth and efficient check-in process. He also took the time to explain the hotel facilities, which was very helpful. My sincere thanks to both Sunil and Ahadi for their excellent service and professionalism. The stay was wonderful overall. My room offered a beautiful view, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only small issue was that the pool water felt quite hot during our stay. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. InshaAllah, I am looking forward to visiting again by the end of this month

Excellent hotel, warm and welcoming staff, starting from the reception to the housekeeping guys are very responsive and friendly...thanks to swabhmanyu who was there to make the bed and keep the room clean and tidy.
