“One of the Terrible Experience”

The main reason for our stay was to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We requested interconnecting rooms well in advance because we were travelling with three children. Only after arrival were we informed that the sea-view rooms were not interconnected; this should have been communicated earlier so that alternatives could have been discussed. The reception experience was unwelcoming, and the prepaid birthday celebration was badly mishandled. Despite written confirmation of a midnight cake and celebration, only a plain cake was delivered, with no “Happy Birthday” message, candle or celebration setup. This completely spoiled a special moment for our daughter. I repeatedly requested contact from a supervisor or duty manager, but nobody contacted me until I went to reception myself. The service-recovery email was then sent after 10:00 p.m. on the night before departure, making the late checkout and lunch discount offered impractical to use. Overall, the poor communication, lack of coordination and delayed management response significantly affected our experience.

We had a very pleasant experience here, and two people who truly stood out were Alain and Wakar. Both were incredibly helpful throughout our stay—always available, attentive, and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Alain was especially hardworking and efficient with the cleaning, and he was always willing to help with anything we needed. Wakar was also very accommodating and helpful, and both of them made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference to our overall experience. One thing guests should be aware of is that there can sometimes be a wait for the room, especially if you have requested extra arrangements such as connecting rooms or other special room requirements. It would be helpful if these arrangements could be coordinated more efficiently in advance to reduce the waiting time upon arrival. Despite that, Alain and Wakar helped make everything much smoother. They were always assisting us, checking if we needed anything, and making sure we were comfortable. The place itself was enjoyable, but the excellent service from Alain and Wakar made our stay even better. Staff members like them are a real asset and deserve to be recognized for their dedication, helpfulness, and professionalism. Thank you, Alain and Wakar, for always assisting us and making our stay more comfortable. Highly appreciated!

Great location away from everything. Although building works going on next door doesn't interfere with the peace. Reception staff were lovely people restaurant staff all extremely friendly and accomodating. Overall a wonderful holiday lovely location and right on the beach. We were upgraded to a suite couldn't fault the room at all. In fact we loved the place so much we are returning again on the 18th October of this year. And have plans to do so again in 2027. Overall excellent value for money. It would be great if they gave us the same room again.
