I came on August end with my friends and we enjoyed it from rooms to restaurant The food choices in buffet restaurant is very good Even the bars are very good Most of the time we were at pool area and usually we used to go isla bar for drinks which was amazing pinacolada and Mojito this was the drink we used to drink more I would like to say thank you for some of the staff Intakhab,Sai,Altron,Suhan and the whole team but I miss placed the names

Absolutely disgusting been to several rixos holidays this hotel should not hold the name. from arriving to leaving it was a hell hole from room to food entertainment staff .it was hell on earth could not wait to leave my children also felt the same total waste of good money . Would sooner have gone and spent 2 weeks in marmaris..seriously avoid ..to travel all that way to arrive at a Dubai pontins...very disappointing definitely not 5 stars more 2/3 I am an experienced traveler age 56 and this was the worst ever

We have just returned from our 5th consecutive yearly visit to Rixos Bab Al Bahr, and we have already booked to return next August. Once again, it did not disappoint. This time we stayed in Room 3111 (3 adults and a 15-year-old). The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean and featured a lovely balcony. The Food & Venue Changes The food remains great with something to suit everyone. The Al a cartes are easy enough to book and the food is fantastic. We do sometimes struggle to book a restaurant though because the food in Seven Heights is just as good so it feels a waste going to an al a carte! Even though the main restaurant has temporarily moved into the conference room, the hotel has done an excellent job making the best of the space. There is still a massive selection of items to choose from. Exceptional Staff As always, the service is a massive standout. A special shout-out must go to the amazing staff members who made our stay so memorable: Sudan, Mano, and Zeeshan at Meat Point. Sudan definitely deserves a promotion. He is one hard worker that goes above and beyond his job role! Eric at the Turkish restaurant Ram at the infinity pool (which was absolutely fantastic!) Adeel the lifeguard Monika and Ibrahim at Seven Heights New Additions & Areas for Improvement While we love this resort, a few recent changes are worth noting: The Slide Pool Burger Place: The original toast and burger spot is gone, replaced by a new burger place by the slides. The downside is the new ordering system. You have to queue once to get a ticket, and then queue a second time just to hand the ticket over for your food and drinks. It feels unnecessarily repetitive. The Act Bar & Nightlife: The Mojito Bar is no longer there, but the new Act Bar is a great air-conditioned option if you have children. However, it is far too noisy for my liking. It alternates between a live band and a DJ, which became a bit of a headache. We preferred heading over to the original Sports Bar once the music started there. Despite these minor tweaks, the staff and the overall experience keep us coming back. See you next year, Rixos!
