“Lovely get away”

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr and really enjoyed our time there. The room was lovely and the facilities across the resort were excellent. We spent a lot of time by the adult pool which had a quiet atmosphere and was one of the highlights of our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team in our tower, particularly for room 2627. They went above and beyond to acknowledge both our honeymoon and my wife’s 40th birthday with beautiful decorations on the bed and a chocolate cake!! It was such a nice surprise. We would also like to mention Burak, the Operations Manager at the main desk. With everything going on in the UAE at the moment, he was absolutely brilliant with us and made sure we were well looked after throughout our stay. The Rixos Bab Al Bahr team as a whole were fantastic and always friendly and helpful. While the buffet food wasn’t quite at the same standard as some of the other hotels we’ve stayed at in the UAE, there were always good options available and the à la carte restaurants were brilliant. Overall we had a great stay and would happily return. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable.

I booked Rixos Al bahr to celebrate my birthday with friends and we had the most amazing time . The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the front desk and to every single member working at the restaurants, beach and bar. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Good quality/ value. Furthermore , for our surprise the environment was not only for families if not for a enjoyable staycation with friends

We had a wonderful and memorable experience during our first stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. The overall service was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. A special thank you to Clarissa and Noura, who attended to us with friendly and attentive service. They were very approachable, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was great with a wide variety of choices, and our kids had an amazing time enjoying all the activities and options available for them. It truly made our family stay memorable. We look forward to visiting again soon!
