An Unforgettable Staycation at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, Ras Al Khaimah ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful staycation at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, Ras Al Khaimah from 11th July to 14th July, and it was truly an amazing experience. This was our second visit, and once again, Rixos exceeded our expectations. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was comfortable, memorable, and filled with beautiful moments.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Front Office Team—Ms. Noura, Ms. Marjan, and Ms. Lyazzat—for making our check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. A very special thank you to Ms. Noura, whose kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived.
A huge thank you to the incredible Restaurant Team, who made every meal a delightful experience. We sincerely appreciate the warm welcome from Team Leader Ms. Ishini, Ms. Snow, Ms. Pho, Ms. Zin, and Ms. Lae. Special thanks to Ms. Ishini for her exceptional hospitality and friendly smile throughout our stay.
We will always remember Restaurant Manager Mr. Nikil, Chef Rajeev Nair (our beloved "Nair Sab"), Mr. Rajesh, and Mr. Febin. They did much more than serve delicious food—they became our "Food Guides," introducing us to the signature dishes and recommending the best specialties from each restaurant. Their passion, care, and personal attention made every breakfast, lunch, and dinner a memorable culinary journey. Meeting them was one of the highlights of our stay.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Jibin, Mr. Arif, Mr. Jerry, Mr. Syed, Mr. Ganesh, Ms. Sachini, Mr. Sino, and Mr. Reddy for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
A special appreciation goes to the amazing Kids Club Team—Ms. Maria, Ms. Maria, Ms. Maasha, Ms. Jea, and Mr. Ryan—for keeping our children entertained with fun activities, face painting, and engaging programs. Their enthusiasm and care brought endless smiles to our kids and made our family vacation even more enjoyable.
We are also grateful to Security Officer Mr. Yasin, who kindly assisted us when we had difficulty accessing our room, and to Mr. Shameed and Mr. Paul for their prompt assistance with our luggage.
