We stayed at Rixos Bab Al Bahr for two nights with our friends, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every team member made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The level of hospitality and luxury service was outstanding.
At Aisha Lobby Lounge, I really enjoyed the iced coffee prepared by Randel—it was the perfect way to start our stay. Prince was also very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
We stayed in the Amwaj Building on the 7th floor, and the room offered a stunning panoramic view of the resort. Our room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained every day thanks to Yimon, Mimi, Saiful, and Aravind. Their attention to detail truly made a difference.
A big thank you as well to the In-Room Dining team, especially Vinod and Razak, for their prompt and professional service. The quality of the food and the thoughtful amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
At Seven Heights All Day Dining, every meal was a great experience. Farroq, Aman, Lae, Ming (Min), and Tey consistently provided warm, attentive service, while Chef Marlon prepared delicious dishes that we looked forward to every day.
We also had the pleasure of dining at Fishbone and Lalezar. Our compliments to Chef Iskender, Chef Genesis, and Mr. Mehmet, the F&B Manager, for creating such memorable dining experiences. We’d also like to recognize Ramila, Imalka, Tiwaro, Sanjok, Joshua, Sujata, Daryl, Bharat, and Savorday for their professionalism, friendliness, and excellent hospitality throughout our visits.
At Isla Bar, Ismail and Ranjit crafted amazing cocktails and always served us with a smile. Over at Highlights Bar, Abdul never failed to make my favorite frozen margarita perfectly—it became one of the highlights of my stay.
We also spent time at ACT.1 Sports Hub, where Reginald, Amine, and Asmita made every visit enjoyable with their welcoming personalities and exceptional customer service.
Lastly, we visited the Rixy Kids Club and were impressed by the wonderful team. Eric, Mayada, Julia, and Jea were energetic, caring, and created such a fun and positive atmosphere.
Overall, our stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr was truly unforgettable. Every department worked together to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s the people who made our vacation so special. Thank you to everyone for your outstanding hospitality—we will definitely be coming back!
