Ultra All Inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner served at The Market. Lunch is also available at Cabini Pool Bar between 12:00 and 16:00. Dinner may also be taken at à la carte restaurants Chiano and Hadaba (advance reservation is required for both à la carte restaurants). Plus, enjoy unlimited selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at all applicable outlets.

“Great staff and service”

Great resort, we liked it. First is outstanding staff, our vacation started with communication with the duty manager of So/Ras Al Khaimah - Alexey Platonov, who took all our requests into account, gave us a short tour of the hotel upon arrival, and provided support throughout our stay, thank you! All staff of So is wonderful, especially we remembered Arun, Prawesh, Ramesh - from Sunset Lounge (good cocktails and beach service); Arish and Shamma - from Bungalow adult pool (nice place for relax, no people and relax music). The main restaurant is also brilliant (Market restaurant) - everyday chef Tarik prepared for our infant baby a special pasta, thank you. We had room on 7th floor with wonderful view (the hotel is located in a bay and the main view is of other hotels on the island part, a higher floor will provide a better view), cleaning was fast and thorough. The hotel area is compact and well thought out. What we would like to improve: there are not enough ramps for moving around with a stroller (only in one place), but the staff always helped with climbing stairs.

I was lucky enough to stay in this hotel not long after it opened so it wasn’t too busy but was still vibes. The overall design and rooms are stunning, modern and vibrant. The food is excellent - be sure to book Habada! I appreciated and enjoyed the additional activities including wellbeing (yoga, HIIT, boxing etc.) and craft sessions I was super taken care of as a solo traveller but all staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful- shoutout out to Azziz, Hsu and Rasu (?) my friend from Baku who took particular good care of me. One tip- I wouldn’t bother booking a pool suite the balconys and terraces all face the beachfront- great views, just no sun.
