Flawless Front Desk Service
The experience began the moment we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff and reception were incredibly efficient, professional, and welcoming. Check-in was seamless, and the team made us feel right at home. With Bonvoy Gold Membership or above, the hotel staffed offered surprise arrangements and they went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, including providing detailed information about the hotel’s amenities and the New Year’s celebrations arrangement. Their personalized service set the tone for the rest of our stay and made us feel valued throughout.
Outstanding Activities for Kids
As a family with kids, we were thrilled to see the wide range of activities designed specifically for young guests. The hotel went above and beyond to create a fun and engaging environment for children. From the dune hiking, camel riding, house riding to wildlife experience, in addition to the kids room and outdoor playground, all these activities allowing the kids kept busy and happy the entire time.
The staff overseeing these activities were patient, attentive, and clearly experienced in working with children, which gave us, as parents, peace of mind. In particular, Mosin has been a very great guide for the two hours long hiking and it is super rewarding and memorable experience for the kid.
