“Amazing staycation”

Would like to say thank you, it was an amazing experience staying in Waldorf Astoria RAK Special thanks to Stephen from the security who helped me in giving me the information, he is very well known about the property. Adebayo was very friendly and humble. Had dinner in Camilia the food and service was amazing, I forgot the name of the associate, he was amazing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choices and freshly baked pancake. Asst manager from Vietnam was very much humble and friendly. Overall experience was amazing Thank you

“Wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful long weekend at the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Mme Revi kindly assisted us in changing to a better room, and Mr Min at the restaurant was always welcoming, attentive and very helpful. The entire hotel including the room and swimming pool, is clean, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. It was truly a pleasure to stay there.

We visited the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah for the day and had a wonderful time, especially around the kids' pool and club. The facilities were immaculate, and our children had a blast. A huge shout out to Daisy, who facilitated our visit and day pass. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the start, making sure our day went smoothly. The entire team at the kids' pool was attentive and friendly, making it a relaxing experience for the parents as well. We will definitely be back!
