“Absolutely amazing hotel”

Well, what can I say. Our second time staying here and it is the most amazing hotel. We are well travelled and can honestly say this is one of the best, if not the best hotel we have stayed in. The room was outstanding. Two queen beds, sofa and chairs and dining room table and chairs. Bathroom just as outstanding in black and gold with 2 sinks and huge shower. The food was amazing. So much choice at breakfast and evening meal. We wasn't keen on the soup one evening, so they made us a soup which we did like. The staff took the time to talk to you in the restaurant about your day and happy to spend time with you. Every single member of staff are amazing. So friendly. The pool staff put the towels on the loungers and kept you topped up with bottles of water all day. We stayed here a year ago and some of the staff remembered us and welcomed us back. From reception to cleaning staff, everyone was so happy and welcoming. At breakfast, the staff remembered our room number - quite impressive with the amount of guests they have staying. A special shout out to Treng in the restaurant. Such a lovely lady who chatted to us every morning and evening. Our waiter Mahmoo (sorry if this isnt spelt correctly) was amazing. Always on hand asking if everything was OK. We will definitely be going back to this amazing hotel and would recommend it without a doubt.

“Heartfelt services touching my heart”

My experience at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every staff member treated my wife and me with genuine warmth, dignity, and care. They knew our preferences by heart every morning and evening my special pot of tea (karak or chai) was already being prepared as I walked in either by abdul mumin or muneeb. They learned my routine, worked long hours, yet always greeted us with kindness and smiles. Special thanks to Abdul Mu’min and Mubeen (waiters), Abdur Rahmaan (pool & beach), Chefs Himanshu and David, Farouk (our room cleaner, absolutely meticulous), and the à la carte hostesses from Burma for their elegance and warmth. Each of them truly embodies the Waldorf standard. (I apologize for incorrect spelling of their respective names) I have utmost of respect for each worker there. They come from unique and diverse backgrounds, leave their families all to earn an honest income. My the almighty bless you beyond your comprehension. The Falcon Show with Sikandar Ali and his partner was phenomenal, a unique highlight that added magic to our mornings. Breakfast and dinner were world-class, with outstanding quality and variety. Im unable to fault this place. Every detail, every person, every moment was flawless. My flight was delayed, they provided me with a late check out and allowed me to use the hotel services post check out due to my flight delay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. Much love
