We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Dubai. The hotel is beautifully located right on JBR Beach, with clean and modern rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Loqman from housekeeping — his attention to detail and excellent service truly made a difference. Our room was always spotless, and his dedication did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Dubai! Family Polat

“Best Family Holiday!”

This hotel is fantastic! Myself, my husband and 4 year old son stayed for just under a week and we didn't want to leave. The service provided by house keeping was exceptional, the rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday. The food is fresh and so tasty with a god variety for breakfast and dinner. I am 6 months pregnant and the level of care and comfort I received was fabulous. The hotel had a choice of pillows which was fab for my back pain. One evening my son fell asleep after swimming and I was exhausted for dinner so my husband spoke to reception and they arranged for dinner to be sent to our room, The attention to detail was also perfect. We didn't need to ask for things, we had extra toilet paper and towels supplied and the staff noticed I used pillows to barrier the bed for my toddler so they then put up a wooden bed barrier to prevent him from falling off. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and I actually shed some tears at the thought of leaving! Thank you to all of the team at Rixos Dubai!
