We had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR with our family! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made the difference was the exceptional staff. Every single team member we met was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their outstanding service made us feel valued throughout our stay. As a lovely surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a stunning view of Ain Dubai, and waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. A special thank you to the entire wonderful team, led by Mohammad Sufyan Parvez, for making our stay so memorable. Your kindness, dedication, and outstanding hospitality truly made us feel at home. Our stay at Rixos Premium Dubai was truly unforgettable, mainly because of Diana. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the very beginning. She helped arrange a surprise for my husband, and what she and the team created was far beyond anything I expected. My husband was completely surprised and so happy! Diana made me feel like I was speaking to a friend, not just a hotel employee. I even mentioned her at reception as the best person we dealt with during our stay. She is honestly one of the main reasons we would come back to Rixos. A special thank you to Sagar and Inderjeet for the beautiful room setup and all their effort. “Not like any other Rixos”

I have been in many Rixos before this the worst experience First of all the big pool is closed for maintenance, the outdoor fitness classes are closed Secondly, when we want to set at the pool all are revered for people outside the hotel and we need to pay to set , otherwise we can set for free in the last raw next to the bathroom ( you can not see the pool , like your are setting in the road)
