Ahmed Mostafa and Dennis saved the whole situation and made our stay a good one. Thanks to them! After we checked in our room we found out that the management closed the main restaurant and instead of having an open buffet it turned out to be a set menu! No one informed us about that during reservation or during check in which pissed me off. I was about to move to another hotel. Yet, Ahmed saved the situation by upgrading my room and giving us a free ticket for my family to Atlantis and Dennis further supported throughout the process. Now I can say we enjoyed our stay
