“Romantic Gateway”

My wife and I were on our romantic getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Jumeirah Lake Towers and stayed at S/O hotel. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent, breathtaking & stunning room views. Grateful to The staffs at the hotel namely ms Nihal & mr waseem were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. I will always stay at this hotel when chances is given.

I'm not a fan of tower hotels, but the interior design and the smart solutions in the room and hotel facilities are remarkable. The warm welcome at the reception and the kind staff throughout the stay was the first to be noticed beside the modern stylish lobby. The GYM is small, but convenient considering that throughout the stay, I only had 3 other users. The thing I enjoyed is that the GYM is overlooking Jumairah Islands which is calming the eyes and does not block the line of sight as you use the treadmill devices. On the other hand, the Swimming pool dedicated for the hotel guests is small compared to other properties, but I learned that the tower has another pool for the residents. The hotel also considers sustainable use of resources for a green future. This can be noticed in the reusable water bottles and the smart lighting systems. Also the heat proof windows that preserve temperature control to reduce the use of AC and maintain best climate inside the facility. I'd like to extend my gratitude to all the team and dedicate special thanks to Ms. Aya from reception for the time she spent explaining about the facility and Mr. Alamgir from housekeeping who made sure that we have everything available in our room. Also the from all-day dining, I'd like to sincerely thank Ms. Leshé for her hard work with her beautiful smile and her manager Mr. Noel who roams around each table to ensure the best guest experience.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. We’d definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!
