The thing that made me give this a 4/5 is the amount of crowds that is there. There’s a lot of people, especially at the pool and the beach. It feels like there’s some sort of competition between people to whoever reaches first for the sun beds? a bit odd…

It feels like there’s some sort of competition between people to whoever reaches first for the sun beds? a bit odd if you ask me. The staff were good, they did their job properly. The food was exceptional, really enjoyed it. Overall a really great hotel with lovely view and great service! The only issue was the amount of crowds.

However, unfortunately, this visit was not as enjoyable as the first and turned it from three to two nights stay, due to several maintenance and service issues. I hope my feedback helps improve your services:
-Room facilities should be checked thoroughly before guest check-in. I had to call room service twice because the TV wasn’t working, and the electricity had to be restarted. The balcony door in the bedroom wouldn’t close and stayed open all night. As the service manager confirmed, they were already aware of the issue. The coffee machine was malfunctioning, the toilet paper holder fell off, and overall, the room was not up to standard.
- We were moved to another suite, but the sofa bed was broken. Room service had to visit twice, and I waited for over an hour to receive two additional beds.
-I requested medical pillows, which were very comfortable, but they were stained and didn’t have protectors underneath the covers.
- One of the staff members who came to prepare the sofa bed had an unpleasant odor, which lingered in the room after he left. I believe housekeeping staff should maintain better personal hygiene, especially when entering guest rooms.
- The pool requires maintenance—many of the stones were loose, and children were collecting them from the bottom of the pool.
- Cutlery and cups (both in the room and in the breakfast area) were greasy and not properly cleaned.
Despite all of this, I truly love this place and would like to visit again. I hope these points will be taken into consideration to improve the guest experience.
