Sharing feedback from my parents who recently stayed at the hotel, as they don’t have accounts:
“From April 27 to May 2, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Address Beach Resort Fujairah, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
The hotel is located in a stunning setting, surrounded by mountains and the sea. The spacious and beautifully maintained grounds are perfect for walks both in the morning and in the evening. The lobby deserves special mention: its elegant interior, enormous cone-shaped chandeliers, soft lighting, and enchanting scents create the feeling of stepping into an Arabian fairytale.
But the true highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its people.
From the very beginning, Ayman at the reception warmly welcomed us and accommodated us in a spacious room with breathtaking views of the pool, mountains, and sea. To celebrate our wedding anniversary, the housekeeping team surprised us with beautiful towel swans on the bed and red balloons — such a thoughtful and touching gesture.
We would also like to especially praise the restaurant team. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, fresh pastries, fruits, snacks, and drinks. The service was exceptional: attentive, efficient, and genuinely caring. Even though we do not speak English well, we never experienced any difficulties — the staff quickly remembered our preferences and made every meal feel even more personalized.
Special thanks to the restaurant team members Samh, Usama, Ghaith, Nayasha, Fiat, Saira, and many others for their professionalism and outstanding teamwork.
We were also very grateful to Diana from the reception team, who kindly arranged a Russian translation of the menu specially for us. This thoughtful gesture made our dining experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Dinners were served as set menus and became a wonderful opportunity to discover the flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine. The soft background music during dinner created an atmosphere of elegance, comfort, and complete relaxation.
Even the fitness center was thoughtfully organized — bottled water, infused fruit water, and pleasant music made every workout enjoyable.
We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, and we would especially like to recognize the lifeguards Ajay and Gihan. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly impressive: they always offered cold water, replaced towels upon request, opened umbrellas without even being asked, and genuinely cared about our comfort.
All of this reflects not only an exceptional team, but also excellent management and attention to detail throughout the hotel.
These five days brought us genuine joy and made us feel truly cared for at every moment of our stay. We sincerely wish the entire team continued success, good health, and prosperity.
And of course, we hope to return again in the future.”
