“Mahmoud was fantastic host”

Mahmoud (manager) made our stay an exceptional experience. Him and his team (Ronish, Ramesh to name just a couple) were brilliant. Ahmed at Gonu was also fantastic. Newly refurbed rooms were well designed and fresh. Pool needs updating and some maintenance but overall great weeks holiday!!! Keep up the great work Mahmoud!!!

“Relax by the sea”

The hotel is in the process of being renovated but that did not detract from our holiday. Our room had been recently renovated and was perfect, with a balcony and huge bed, attended by Arjun Thami who looked after us, replacing water, beverages and towels daily. We were also provided with a welcome gift and treats for our 52nd wedding anniversary. The location on the beach with lovely warm water and soft sands is wonderful. The swimming pool is outstanding. Our thanks to all the pool staff for securing our sun bed and attending to us. Our special thanks also go to Samar and Eman for providing the entertainment and keeping us fit. The dining had been moved to the ballroom while the main restaurant is been altered but they still managed to provide a good service with extra special thanks to Joey, Jeanette, Mooshie, and lovely Aura. Thank the whole team for a lovely relaxing holiday, wish we could come ever year.

sorry review late busy decorating but as usual had a wonderful say in september even though we were lower down 7th floor due to the renovations which are no problem they have to be done and it will be wonderful when its finished the new foyer for check in /out but still get greeted by the wonderful reception team Tonie and Rose and the wonderful concierge are always so helpful and friendly amazing teams the new rooms are fabulous new decor is wonderful an amazing job done but got a sneak preview last year all the wonderful outlets thank you to Mia Rowena and the team for the wonderful breakfasts and dinners on a night thank you to the wonderful chefs for cooking our favourites Mr Raj for coming many times to see us the wonderful lunches and dinners in Sapore with Kiran and the wonderful team and chefs your all amazing to Ahmed and the wonderful team and chefs at Gonu your always amazing for lunches and dinners miss our little kitten and her dad lovely sweet cats visited us at dinner and the beach great memories thank you to Mahmoud for your wonderful team for looking after us on the beach to Raju brenda and the rest of the team you were all amazing you were on time all the time with our drinks and you had a long way to walk in that heat due to Baywatch being due to the renovations but the teams worked amazingly well to Sasanka for looking after us and introducing us to Hanusha and Liyanage two wonderful people and not forgetting Ushan and thank you for the wooden elephants i have them next to my colourful elephant from Sasanka and it was wonderful to see Mr Niroshan back again such a wonderful person so glad you came back so sorry i missed my last dinner and breakfast as i took ill that night i wasnt supposed to come on holiday due to a bit high blood pressure but i ignored doctors orders but i needed the holiday and it cheered me up luckly it was my last night but we had a fantastic holiday and we never want to leave and we also use the hotels cars for pick up and drop off both ways great cars and drivers a massive thank you to all the best hotel in Fujairah sorry we didnt see you Sreekanth but you know us always have a fabulous time To Bini and the wonderful Ali thank you for always looking after our requests and pressing and laundry and for the room attendant for keeping our room so clean you all work very hard it will be wonderful once the renovations are done but it never spoilt this holiday as everthing was open for us a massive thank you Mr Ray & Mrs Lynne renovated at the time which did open before we left you are all hard working people a huge thank you to Bini and the wonderful Ali for always looking after our pressing and laundry and keeping our room so clean you are all wonderful sorry we didnt get to see you Sreekanth but we know with the renovations you would have time and we never heard a thing and everyhing is so quiet there was no problem anywhere to all the wonderful chefs Avaz and Abhishek for all the wonderful chefs that you have trained they are amazing
