“Absolutely Outstanding”

We've just returned from the Doubletree Marjan island and I've had to say I'm really disappointed. Disappointed that I had to come home, because the holiday we had was absolutely outstanding. The staff, are beyond question amazing in every single aspect of their roles. I've never been made to feel so welcomed anywhere in the world. I've travelled extensivey to some very high end properties and they are on par if not better. Big shout out to Wint in the TukTuk bar by the adult pool. Her consummate professional attitude and oneof the most welcoming smiles ever. The food, outstanding, we upgraded to Ultra all inclusive after booking the standard package. 100% worth it. It worked out at approximately £65 per couple per day. That gives you access to all the a la carte restaurants at no additional cost, with the exception of a few dishes. But, the food we ate was first class. We went to the Asian 3 nights out of 7 and it got better each time we went. Ultra all inclusive gives you Corona bottles, peroni and Budweiser as well as the standard Becks offering. Upgraded spirit and wines too. The pools are actually chilled to suit the hot summer. Incredible. The sea was as warm as any bath I've ever been in and crystal clear. I didn't see a single fly, mosquito, any, anything. The resort is totally spotless too, the smells they pump into the public areas are beautiful. We had a king room on level 3 of building 1 and it had absolutely everything a couple would need. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were so soft. Harder pillows available if you ask. The only criticism and I mean I would have to look hard is the paper strws for the cocktails. Maybe the lack of a swim up bar, that being said the staff will bring you drinks all day to your lounger, of which there are more than enough. We had a very late departure from Dubai airport and they let us keep the room free of charge for another 5 hours. Oh, and had a room ready at 08.45am when we arrived from the airport. You don't get that often. We're already looking forward to returning asap. It's better than any sandals resort I've visited too, by a mile, if a comparison is required. If they advertised this place more I the UK it would be hard to get a room.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. From the moment we arrived, the warm, attentive, and helpful staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The resort is impressive, with beautiful grounds, excellent facilities, plenty of space to relax, and a great selection of restaurants. Although some restaurants were closed during our stay, there were still plenty of dining options available. We were delighted with our upgrade to a beautifully and exceptionally comfortable villa room with a stunning view. Breakfast was another highlight, with a spacious restaurant and an impressive variety of delicious options. There were also plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the resort. Special thanks to Anjali and Anees for their outstanding hospitality, and to Shaid from housekeeping for keeping our villa spotless and perfectly maintained. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.

Wonderful holiday spent here - 2 adults, 15 year old & 10 year old. We had a Two Queen Bay room with beach access that was amazing - very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all that we needed, and with the most amazing views of the bay. The service at this hotel was outstanding - the staff can't do anymore for you and are so kind, helpful & accommodating. Big shout out to Martin & Sanat on the beach bar and Yeshina in the main restaurant (bay club side). We loved our time here so much, we've booked again for next summer and can't wait.
