“Delicious Tartare”

I went to the Sunset Bar in the Pulman hotel and my experience was amazing! The team is well trained! They’re always engaging with the clients and concerned with the experience. I ate the tartare and was delicious! The egg was soft and with the crunchy skin, and the meat tasted very delicious! Also the drinks was delicious! I would like to thanks Shakira for the great costumer service. We will be back soon!

“Worst services in Amounge”

All ok But I’m really not happy with Amouge Lounge staffs . Nobody cares who comes and go . Made us wait for more than hour . Yet I have to run to them few times for the order . Like seriously ! We pay for the stay and we chase the staffs for the order . They won’t come to the table to take order . Even if I call them staffs pretend they can’t see us . 3/4 times I had to run behind them to take our order . My god !! The worst service ever . My first stay in Pullman with my husband , I’m never going back there . Also Damaged linens in the room .
